4. Setup and Installation
Assembly of this chandelier requires careful attention to detail and can be time-consuming due to the numerous crystal components. It is highly recommended to assemble the main fixture frame and attach the crystal elements before hanging the entire unit from the ceiling.
4.1 Pre-Installation
- Turn off power at the main circuit breaker.
- Unpack all components and lay them out on a clean, soft surface to prevent scratches.
- Identify all parts using the package contents list.
4.2 Assembling the Fixture Frame
The main fixture frame typically comes partially assembled. Attach any arms or decorative elements to the central body as per the included diagrams. Ensure all connections are secure.

4.3 Attaching Crystal Elements
Each crystal raindrop accent is attached to the fixture frame using small metal rings. Carefully open each ring, hook it through the crystal, and then through the designated hole on the fixture frame. Close the ring securely. This process is repetitive and requires patience.

4.4 Mounting the Fixture
- Attach the mounting bracket to the ceiling junction box using the provided screws.
- Connect the electrical wires: black to black (live), white to white (neutral), and bare copper to bare copper (ground). Secure connections with wire nuts.
- Thread the fixture's chain through the canopy. The chain length is adjustable; use pliers to remove links as needed to achieve the desired hanging height. The fixture can also be installed as a flush mount by removing the chain and directly attaching the canopy to the mounting bracket.
- Secure the canopy to the mounting bracket.
4.5 Bulb Installation
This fixture requires 3 E12 base bulbs (not included). Ensure the bulbs are compatible with the fixture's voltage (110 Volts) and do not exceed the maximum wattage of 120 watts (40 watts per bulb).

Once installed and bulbs are in place, restore power at the circuit breaker. The chandelier can be operated via a standard wall switch. If connected to a compatible dimmer switch, the light output can be adjusted. The fixture features an 'Instant On' capability.
6. Maintenance
6.1 Cleaning
- Always turn off power before cleaning.
- For the metal frame: Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or polishes as they may damage the finish.
- For the crystal accents: Gently wipe with a soft, lint-free cloth dampened with water or a mild glass cleaner. Avoid spraying cleaner directly onto the crystals or electrical components.
6.2 Bulb Replacement
Ensure power is off before replacing bulbs. Allow bulbs to cool completely. Unscrew old bulbs and replace with new E12 base bulbs, ensuring they meet the specified voltage and wattage requirements.
7. Troubleshooting
- Light does not turn on:
- Check if the power is on at the circuit breaker.
- Ensure bulbs are securely screwed in and not burnt out.
- Verify electrical connections are correct and secure.
- Lights flicker:
- Ensure bulbs are fully tightened.
- If using a dimmer, ensure it is compatible with the bulbs and fixture.
- Check for loose wiring connections.
- Crystals appear dull:
