1. Important Safety Information

Please read all safety instructions carefully before using this product. Keep this manual for future reference.

  • Do not expose the speaker to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight for extended periods.
  • Avoid dropping or subjecting the speaker to strong impacts.
  • Do not disassemble, repair, or modify the speaker yourself. Contact qualified service personnel for any repairs.
  • Keep the speaker away from water and liquids, except for its intended IPX5 water resistance. Do not submerge.
  • Use only the provided charging cable and adapter (if included) to charge the speaker.
  • Ensure proper ventilation when operating the speaker.

3.1 Control Panel

The top panel of the speaker features various controls for playback, volume, lighting, and bass adjustment.

3.2 Input/Output Ports

The rear panel of the speaker provides various ports for connectivity and charging.

4. Setup

4.1 Charging the Speaker

Before first use, fully charge the speaker. The speaker also functions as an emergency power bank.

  1. Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the speaker's USB-C port.
  2. Connect the other end of the cable to a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
  3. The charging indicator will show the charging status. A full charge provides up to 24 hours of playtime (at 50% volume with lights off).

4.2 Powering On/Off

Press and hold the Power button on the control panel to turn the speaker on or off.

4.3 Microphone Setup

The included wireless microphone connects automatically to the speaker when both are powered on.

  1. Ensure the speaker is powered on.
  2. Power on the wireless microphone. It will automatically pair with the speaker.
  3. Adjust microphone volume using the controls on the microphone or speaker if available.

5. Operation

5.1 Bluetooth Pairing

Connect your device to the Monster Sparkle speaker via Bluetooth 5.3.

  1. Power on the speaker. It will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode, indicated by a flashing light.
  2. Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone, tablet, or other device.
  3. Search for "Monster Sparkle" in your device's Bluetooth list and select it to connect.
  4. Once connected, the speaker will emit an audible confirmation, and the light indicator will become solid.

5.2 True Wireless Stereo (TWS) Pairing

Pair two Monster Sparkle speakers for a powerful 240W stereo sound experience.

  1. Ensure both speakers are powered on and not connected to any Bluetooth device.
  2. On one speaker (this will be the primary speaker), press the TWS pairing button (refer to Image 3.2). The speaker will enter TWS pairing mode.
  3. The two speakers will automatically connect to each other. An audible confirmation will indicate successful pairing.
  4. Once TWS is established, connect your device to the primary speaker via Bluetooth as described in Section 5.1.

5.3 Audio Playback Modes

The speaker supports multiple audio input options:

  • AUX Input: Connect an external audio device using the provided 3.5mm AUX-in audio cable. The speaker will automatically switch to AUX mode.
  • USB Playback: Insert a USB flash drive into the USB port. The speaker will automatically play audio files from the drive.
  • TF Card Playback: Insert a TF (microSD) card into the designated slot. The speaker will automatically play audio files from the card.

5.4 Light Effects

The Monster Sparkle speaker features 6 full-panel lighting effects to enhance your audio experience.

  1. Press the Light button (refer to Image 3.2) to cycle through the available lighting modes.
  2. Press and hold the Light button to turn the lights off.

5.5 Bass Adjustment

Customize your audio experience with three levels of bass adjustment.

  1. Press the Bass Boost button (refer to Image 3.2) once for mild bass.
  2. Press it twice for moderate bass.
  3. Press it three times for heavy bass.

5.6 Power Bank Function

The speaker's large capacity battery can be used to charge external devices.

  1. Connect your device's charging cable to the speaker's USB port.
  2. The speaker will begin charging your device.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning

To maintain the speaker's appearance and performance:

  • Wipe the exterior with a soft, dry cloth.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners, alcohol, or chemical solvents.

6.2 Water Resistance (IPX5)

The Monster Sparkle speaker is rated IPX5, meaning it is protected against low-pressure water jets from any direction. This makes it suitable for outdoor use where it might encounter splashes or light rain.

  • Do not submerge the speaker in water.
  • Ensure all port covers are securely closed before exposing the speaker to water.
  • If the speaker gets wet, wipe it dry thoroughly before charging or using any wired connections.

6.3 Storage

When not in use for extended periods, store the speaker in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your speaker, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

No soundCheck volume levels on both the speaker and your connected device. Ensure the correct input mode (Bluetooth, AUX, USB, TF) is selected.
Bluetooth pairing failsEnsure the speaker is in pairing mode. Disable and re-enable Bluetooth on your device. Move the speaker closer to your device. Clear previous Bluetooth connections on your device.
Microphone not workingEnsure the microphone is powered on and fully charged. Check its proximity to the speaker.
Speaker unresponsiveLocate the RESET button (refer to Image 3.3) and use a thin object (like a paperclip) to press it. This will restart the speaker.
