Setup and First Use

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the air fryer and all packaging materials. Ensure all components are present and undamaged.
  2. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, clean the non-stick basket and any removable parts with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the exterior of the appliance with a damp cloth.
  3. Placement: Place the air fryer on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is adequate space (at least 6 inches) around the appliance for proper air circulation. Do not place it directly against a wall or under cabinets.
  4. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
  5. Pre-heating (Optional): For the first use, it is recommended to run the air fryer empty for about 10-15 minutes at 350°F (175°C) to burn off any manufacturing residues. A slight odor may be present, which is normal and will dissipate.

Operating Instructions

General Operation:

  1. Prepare Food: Place your desired food items into the non-stick basket. Do not overfill the basket to ensure even cooking.
  2. Insert Basket: Slide the basket firmly back into the air fryer until it clicks into place.
  3. Set Temperature: Use the temperature control dial to select the desired cooking temperature (e.g., 375°F for most items).
  4. Set Timer: Use the timer dial to set the required cooking time (up to 30 minutes). The air fryer will begin heating once the timer is set. The orange indicator light will illuminate.
  5. Cooking Process: The air fryer will circulate hot air to cook the food. For best results, shake the basket halfway through the cooking time for items like fries or chicken nuggets. To do this, carefully pull out the basket using the cool-touch handle, shake, and reinsert.
  6. Completion: The air fryer will automatically turn off and a bell will ring when the timer reaches zero. The orange indicator light will turn off.
  7. Remove Food: Carefully pull out the basket and transfer the cooked food to a serving plate. Use heat-resistant tongs or utensils.
  8. Cool Down: Allow the appliance to cool completely before cleaning or storing.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your air fryer.

  1. Unplug and Cool: Always unplug the air fryer from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
  2. Basket and Tray: The non-stick basket and crisping tray (if included) should be hand washed with warm, soapy water. Do not use abrasive cleaning materials or metal scouring pads, as these can damage the non-stick coating. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
  3. Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the air fryer with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water or any other liquid.
  4. Interior: If necessary, wipe the interior of the appliance with a damp cloth. Ensure no food particles remain.
  5. Storage: Store the cleaned and dried air fryer in a cool, dry place.
