4. Setup Instructions

Follow these steps carefully to assemble your Hot Wheels Cobra Speed Slot Circuit.

1. 4.1 Track Assembly

   Unpack all track sections. Connect the track pieces by aligning the connectors and pressing them firmly together until they click into place. Refer to the diagram below for a suggested track layout, ensuring the super loopings are correctly assembled.

2. 4.2 Car Preparation

   Ensure the Hot Wheels cars (Straight Pipes and T-Bone Shaker) are ready for use. Check that the guide pins underneath the cars are properly seated and the brushes are clean and positioned correctly for optimal contact with the track.

3. 4.3 Controller Setup

   The wireless controllers require batteries (not included). Open the battery compartment on each controller and insert the required batteries, observing the correct polarity. Close the compartment securely. These controllers use infrared technology.

   Connect the power adapter to the designated power input on the track's power base. Plug the power adapter into a standard electrical outlet. Ensure the power switch on the track base is in the "OFF" position before connecting to power.

   Place the cars onto their respective slots on the track, ensuring the guide pins are correctly inserted into the track grooves. Switch the power on the track base to the "ON" position.

2. 5.2 Controlling the Cars

   Use the wireless controllers to control the speed of your car. Gently press the trigger to accelerate. The cars' lights will illuminate when power is supplied to the track.

   For an extra burst of speed, press the turbo button on your controller. Use this feature strategically to overtake opponents or navigate challenging sections like the super loopings.

4. 5.4 Navigating the Track

   Practice controlling your car's speed to avoid derailing, especially on curves and loopings. Too much speed can cause the car to fly off the track, while too little speed may prevent it from completing the loopings.
