1. Important Safety Instructions

3. Setup

Before first use, ensure the massager is fully charged.

1. Charging: Connect the provided USB-C cable to the massager and plug the wall adapter into an electrical outlet. A red indicator light will turn on while charging. The light will turn green when fully charged. Unplug the unit after it has finished charging.
2. Power Connection: For continuous use, plug the car OR wall adapter into an electrical outlet. The adapter plug and product cable should “snap” together when properly connected.
3. Softening Intensity: Use the pull-over sleeve (if included) to soften the heat and massage intensity according to your preference.

4. Operating Instructions

The ZMA-13RB features a simple, multi-functional power button for ease of use.

1. POWER ON/OFF: One quick press of the power button turns on the massager unit. When you first turn on your massager, the heat feature is automatically activated (red lights will illuminate) and the auto-rotation switching feature is activated, changing direction every 60 seconds.
2. TURN HEAT ON/OFF: When the unit is on, press the power button again to turn the heat settings off (red lights will turn off). Press it once more to turn the heat back on (red lights will illuminate). (Note: It may take a while for the heat to warm up upon initial start.)
3. TO TURN OFF: Press and hold the power button for 3-5 seconds, and the unit will completely shut off.

Automatic Shutoff:

For safety, the massager is equipped with overheat protection and will automatically shut off after 20 minutes of continuous operation. If this occurs, allow the unit to cool down for a period before attempting to restart it.

5. Application Areas

The Zyllion massager is designed for versatile use across various body parts to relieve muscle tension and soreness.

• Neck and Shoulders: Position the massager behind your neck or on your shoulders to target knots and stiffness.
• Back: Use the adjustable Velcro straps to secure the massager to a chair for lumbar or upper back massage.
• Legs and Feet: Place the massager under your calves, thighs, or feet to alleviate muscle pain and plantar fasciitis.
• Arms: Position the massager to target sore arm muscles.

6. Charging and Battery

The ZMA-13RB is equipped with a rechargeable Lithium Metal battery for cordless convenience.

• Battery Type: 1 Lithium Metal battery required (included).
• Charging Time: Approximately 1.5 hours for a full charge.
• Charge Indicator: A red indicator light in the middle of the massager will turn on when charging. When fully charged, the indicator will turn green.
• Usage Time: Provides over 2 hours of shiatsu massage on a full charge.
• Important: Always unplug the unit after it has finished charging to preserve battery life.

7. Maintenance and Care

Proper care will ensure the longevity of your Zyllion massager.

• Cleaning: Disconnect the massager from the power source before cleaning. Wipe the surface with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals.
• Storage: Store the massager in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
• Avoid Punctures: Do not puncture the mesh or faux leather material.
• Handle with Care: Avoid dropping or subjecting the massager to strong impacts.

8. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your Zyllion massager, refer to the following common solutions:

• Massager not turning on: Ensure the massager is fully charged or properly connected to the power adapter. Check if the power button is pressed and held for 3-5 seconds to turn it on.
• Heat function not working: Press the power button once while the massager is on to toggle the heat function. Allow a few minutes for the heat to warm up.
• Massager stops spinning during use: The massager has an overheat protection feature and will automatically shut off after 20 minutes. Allow it to cool down before restarting. Also, if excessive pressure is applied, the massage nodes may temporarily stop spinning to prevent damage. Reduce pressure to resume operation.
• Unusual noises: If you hear unusual noises, discontinue use and contact customer support.
