5. Setup
- Unpack the Unit: Carefully remove the record player and all accessories from the packaging.
- Power Connection: Connect the provided power adapter to the DC 5V input port on the rear of the unit (refer to Image 4.2) and plug it into a wall outlet.
- Place a Record: Open the lid and place a vinyl record on the turntable platter. If playing a 45 RPM record, place the 45 RPM adapter on the center spindle first.
- Remove Stylus Protector: Gently remove the clear plastic stylus protector from the needle.
6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Playing Vinyl Records
- Power On: Turn the Power Switch & Volume Control knob clockwise to power on the unit. The mode indicator light will illuminate.
- Select Speed: Set the Speed Selector switch to the appropriate speed (33-1/3, 45, or 78 RPM) for your record.
- Select Mode: Turn the Mode Selection Knob to 'PHONO'.
- Lift Tone Arm: Use the Tone Arm Lifter to gently raise the tone arm.
- Position Tone Arm: Manually move the tone arm over the desired track on the record.
- Lower Tone Arm: Gently lower the tone arm onto the record using the Tone Arm Lifter. The record will begin to play.
- Adjust Volume: Use the Power Switch & Volume Control knob to adjust the playback volume.
- Auto-Stop Function: The unit features an Auto-Stop Switch. When set to 'ON', the turntable will stop spinning automatically when the record reaches the end. Set to 'OFF' for continuous play.
6.2 Bluetooth Connection
The record player can function as a Bluetooth speaker, allowing you to stream audio from your smartphone or other Bluetooth-enabled devices.
- Select Mode: Turn the Mode Selection Knob to 'BT' (Bluetooth). The mode indicator light will flash, indicating it's in pairing mode.
- Enable Bluetooth on Device: On your external device (e.g., smartphone), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
- Pair Device: Select 'Turntable T18' (or similar name) from the list of found devices to pair. Once connected, the mode indicator light will stop flashing and remain solid.
- Play Audio: You can now play audio from your device through the record player's built-in speakers.

6.3 AUX In Connection
Connect external audio devices (e.g., MP3 players, smartphones without Bluetooth) using a 3.5mm AUX cable (not included).
- Connect Cable: Plug one end of the 3.5mm AUX cable into the AUX IN port on the rear of the record player (refer to Image 4.2) and the other end into your external audio device's headphone or AUX output.
- Select Mode: Turn the Mode Selection Knob to 'AUX'.
- Play Audio: Play audio from your external device. The sound will be output through the record player's speakers.
6.4 RCA Line Out Connection
For enhanced sound, you can connect the record player to external speakers or an amplifier using RCA cables (not included).
- Connect Cables: Plug the red and white RCA cables into the corresponding 'Line Out' ports on the rear of the record player (refer to Image 4.2).
- Connect to External System: Connect the other end of the RCA cables to the audio input of your external speaker system or amplifier.
- Adjust Volume: Adjust the volume on both the record player and your external audio system for optimal sound.
6.5 Headphone Use
For private listening, connect headphones to the 3.5mm headphone jack on the control panel (refer to Image 4.1).
- Connect Headphones: Plug your headphones into the headphone jack.
- Adjust Volume: Adjust the volume using the Power Switch & Volume Control knob.
6.6 Audio Conversion
This feature allows you to convert analog audio signals from vinyl records into digital audio files (e.g., MP3, WAV). Specific software and connection to a computer via USB (cable not included) may be required.
