Setup and Installation
- Placement: Position the lumbar pillow on any chair (office chair, car seat, sofa, bed) where you desire back support. Ensure the ergonomic spine crevice aligns with your spine for optimal comfort.
- Adjusting the Strap: Locate the adjustable elastic strap on the back of the pillow. Wrap the strap around the backrest of your chair. Secure the buckle and adjust the strap's length to ensure the pillow is held firmly against the chair back at your desired height. The strap can also be used to attach the pillow to luggage for portability.

Operating and Usage
Once the pillow is positioned and secured, simply lean back and allow the multi-region design to support your lower, mid, and upper mid-back. The Hyperfoam™ material will conform to your body's contours, providing personalized comfort and promoting a healthy posture throughout the day.

Maintenance
The pillow features a removable and washable cover for easy cleaning and lasting usage. To clean the cover:
- Locate the zipper on the pillow cover.
- Carefully unzip and remove the cover from the foam core.
- Machine wash the cover according to the care instructions on the label (typically cold water, gentle cycle).
- Air dry or tumble dry on low heat. Do not bleach or iron.
- Once dry, carefully place the cover back onto the foam core and zip it up.
The foam core itself should not be washed. If it becomes dirty, spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent, then allow it to air dry completely before replacing the cover.

Troubleshooting
