This manual provides instructions for the assembly and use of the iUniker Clear ABS Case, designed for Raspberry Pi 3 Model B+, 3B, and 2B. This case offers protection and accessibility for your Raspberry Pi, along with enhanced cooling features.

2. Safety Information

Handle components with care to avoid damage. Ensure the Raspberry Pi is powered off before installation or removal. Keep small parts away from children. Do not expose the case to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight for prolonged periods.

3. Setup and Installation

Follow these steps to assemble your iUniker Raspberry Pi case:

1. Step 1: Prepare Raspberry Pi. Ensure your Raspberry Pi 3 Model B+, 3B, or 2B board is ready for installation.
2. Step 2: Apply Heatsinks. Carefully attach the provided heatsinks to the appropriate chips on your Raspberry Pi board. Ensure good contact for optimal heat dissipation.
3. Step 3: Place Raspberry Pi into Base. Position the Raspberry Pi board into the bottom half of the case, aligning the mounting holes.

4. Step 4: Secure Raspberry Pi. Use the provided screws to secure the Raspberry Pi board to the case's base.

5. Step 5: Attach Top Cover. Carefully snap the top cover onto the base, ensuring all ports align correctly and the case closes securely.
6. Step 6: Apply Rubber Feet. Attach the four rubber base feet to the designated spots on the bottom exterior of the case to prevent slipping.

4. Features and Usage

The iUniker Raspberry Pi case offers several features for optimal use:

• Port Accessibility: The case is designed to provide full access to all Raspberry Pi ports, including USB, Ethernet, HDMI, Audio, Power, Camera, and Display.
• GPIO Connector Access: The design allows easy access to the GPIO connector for expansion boards and custom projects.

• Camera and Display Ports: Dedicated cutouts ensure the Camera Serial Interface (CSI) and Display Serial Interface (DSI) ports are fully accessible.

5. Maintenance

To clean the case, use a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn marks, a slightly damp cloth with mild soap can be used, ensuring no liquid enters the case or contacts the Raspberry Pi. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents, as these may damage the ABS material.

6. Troubleshooting

• Case does not close properly: Ensure the Raspberry Pi board is correctly seated and all ports are aligned with the case openings. Check for any obstructions or misaligned components.
• Heatsinks not staying in place: Ensure the heatsinks are applied to a clean, dry surface on the chip. If the adhesive is weak, consider using thermal adhesive tape (not included) for better adhesion.
• Overheating: Verify heatsinks are properly installed and making good contact with the chips. Ensure the case's heat dissipation holes are not obstructed. For intensive applications, consider additional cooling solutions (not included), such as a small fan, if your setup allows.
