Assembly Instructions

Assembly is required. Please follow these steps carefully. No additional tools are typically required beyond what is provided.

1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging and lay them out on a clean, flat surface. Verify all parts listed in the "Package Contents" section are present.
2. Attach Casters: Insert the four casters into the holes at the bottom of the two steel side frames. Two of the casters have locking mechanisms. Ensure they are securely fitted.
3. Connect Side Frames with Poles: Attach the four horizontal poles between the two steel side frames. Use the provided screws and wrench to tighten them securely. Ensure the frame is stable and upright.
4. Install Top Shelf: Place the perforated steel top shelf onto the designated area at the top of the assembled frame. It should rest securely on the top horizontal bars.
5. Insert Drawers: Slide each of the 10 polypropylene drawers into the metal channels on the side frames.
6. Attach Drawer Knobs: Screw the chrome drawer pull knobs into the pre-drilled holes on the front of each drawer. Tighten them by hand until snug.

Operating Instructions

• Using the Drawers: The 10 polypropylene drawers are designed to slide in and out smoothly. They are removable, allowing you to re-order them or carry contents to a different location as needed. To remove a drawer, simply pull it out until it detaches from the frame. To reinsert, align it with the channels and push it back in.
• Moving the Cart: The cart is equipped with four casters for easy mobility. To move the cart, ensure the two locking casters are disengaged. Push or pull the cart using the tall handles on the top frame.
• Securing the Cart: To keep the cart stationary, engage the locking mechanisms on the two locking casters. This will prevent unintended movement.
• Using the Top Shelf: The perforated steel top shelf provides additional storage or a stable surface for items up to 16.5 lbs.

Maintenance

• Cleaning the Drawers: The polypropylene drawers are easy to clean. Use mild soap and a damp cloth to wipe them down. Wipe away any excess water and allow them to air dry completely before reinserting.
• Cleaning the Frame: The industrial-strength tubular steel frame with chrome finish can be wiped clean with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners that may damage the finish.

Troubleshooting

Issue: Cart feels wobbly or unstable.

Solution: Check all frame connections and ensure screws are tightened securely. Verify that the casters are fully inserted into the frame. Ensure the cart is on a flat, even surface.

Issue: Drawers are difficult to slide or get stuck.

Solution: Ensure the drawers are correctly aligned within their metal channels. Avoid overloading drawers beyond their 3.3 lbs capacity. Check for any debris in the channels that might obstruct movement. If plastic shavings appear, gently clean the channels and drawer edges.
