4. Setup and Assembly

Before first use, wash all removable parts (food pusher, lid, auger, strainer, rotation wiper, juicing bowl, pulp container, juice container) in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.

To assemble your juicer:

  1. Place the motor base on a stable, flat, and dry surface.
  2. Align the juicing bowl with the motor base and rotate it clockwise until it locks securely into place.
  3. Insert the rotation wiper into the juicing bowl.
  4. Place the strainer inside the rotation wiper, ensuring it sits firmly in the juicing bowl.
  5. Insert the auger into the center of the strainer, pushing it down until it clicks into place.
  6. Place the lid onto the juicing bowl, aligning the arrow on the lid with the unlock symbol on the juicing bowl. Rotate the lid clockwise until the arrow aligns with the lock symbol, indicating it is securely locked.
  7. Position the pulp container under the pulp outlet and the juice container under the juice outlet.
  8. Ensure the anti-drip cap on the juice outlet is closed if you wish to collect juice before dispensing.
  9. Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet.

5. Operating Instructions

Follow these steps for optimal juicing results:

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly. Cut ingredients into pieces small enough to fit into the feed chute. Remove hard pits from fruits (e.g., peaches, plums, cherries) and tough skins (e.g., pineapple, melon, citrus). For leafy greens, roll them into a tight ball.
  2. Start Juicer: Ensure the juicer is properly assembled and plugged in. Turn the power switch to the 'ON' position.
  3. Feed Ingredients: Slowly feed the prepared ingredients into the feed chute. Use the food pusher only when necessary to gently guide ingredients down. Do not force ingredients into the chute, as this can damage the motor or auger.
  4. Juicing Process: The auger will slowly crush and press the ingredients, separating the juice from the pulp. Fresh juice will flow from the juice outlet into the juice container, and pulp will be expelled into the pulp container.
  5. Anti-Drip Cap: Use the anti-drip cap to temporarily stop juice flow between glasses or to mix juice within the juicing bowl before dispensing. Open the cap to release the juice.
  6. Reverse Function: If ingredients become jammed or the juicer stops, switch the power to the 'REV' (Reverse) position for a few seconds to clear the blockage. Then, switch back to 'ON' to resume juicing. If the blockage persists, turn off the juicer, unplug it, and disassemble to clear the obstruction.
  7. Finish Juicing: Once you have finished juicing, turn the power switch to the 'OFF' position and unplug the appliance from the wall outlet.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your juicer. Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.

  1. Disassembly: Disassemble the juicer in reverse order of assembly: unplug, remove containers, unlock and remove lid, remove auger, strainer, rotation wiper, and juicing bowl from the motor base.
  2. Rinse Immediately: Rinse all removable parts under running water immediately after use to prevent pulp from drying and sticking.
  3. Wash Parts: Wash the auger, strainer, rotation wiper, juicing bowl, lid, food pusher, and containers in warm, soapy water. Use the provided cleaning brush to thoroughly clean the strainer mesh, as small pulp particles can get lodged there.
  4. Dishwasher Safe: All removable parts are dishwasher safe. Place them on the top rack of your dishwasher.
  5. Clean Motor Base: Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Never immerse the motor base in water or any other liquid.
  6. Dry and Store: Dry all parts thoroughly before reassembling or storing. Store the juicer in a clean, dry place.
