• Mold Risk: The sensor analyzes temperature and humidity data to assess and alert you to potential mold growth conditions.
• Occupancy & Motion: Detects presence and movement within its coverage area.

• Security Alarm: Arm and disarm the security alarm through the app. When armed, motion detection triggers an alert and siren.
• Motion Detection: Receive instant notifications if motion is detected while the alarm is armed.
• Tamper Detection: The device senses when it is removed from its base and will trigger an alert.
• Alarm Recognition: The sensor can detect the sound of existing smoke or carbon monoxide alarms and send notifications.

4. Maintenance

4.1. Battery Charging

The Minut sensor is powered by a rechargeable Lithium Polymer battery. A full charge typically lasts well over two months. When the battery level is low, you will receive a notification via the Minut App. Recharge the device using the USB cable provided. Connect the cable to the charging port on the device and a suitable power adapter.

To maintain optimal performance, periodically clean the exterior of the Minut sensor. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe away dust and debris. Do not use liquid cleaners or abrasive materials, as these can damage the device.
