1. Introduction

4. Setup and Assembly

Assembly is required. Follow these steps carefully:

1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging.
2. Unfold the Frame: Locate the locking mechanisms on the stroller frame. Release them and unfold the frame until it clicks into place, ensuring it is fully extended and stable.
3. Attach the Wheels: Insert each wheel into its designated axle on the stroller frame until it locks securely. Ensure all four wheels are firmly attached and rotate freely.
4. Attach the Bassinet/Seat Unit: Align the connectors on the bassinet/seat unit with the corresponding slots on the stroller frame. Press down firmly until it clicks into place. Verify that the unit is securely fastened.
5. Attach the Shopping Basket: Secure the shopping basket to the designated hooks or clips on the underside of the stroller frame.
6. Attach the Diaper Bag: Hang the diaper bag on the handle of the stroller using its straps.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Adjusting the Handle Height

The stroller handle is adjustable to accommodate different user heights (59 cm - 79 cm). Locate the adjustment buttons on either side of the handle. Press these buttons simultaneously and slide the handle up or down to the desired height. Release the buttons to lock the handle in position.

5.2. Converting from Bassinet to Sports Stroller

The City Neo doll stroller can be easily converted between a bassinet and a sports stroller configuration.

1. To Convert to Sports Stroller: Locate the recline adjustment mechanism on the side or back of the bassinet unit. Adjust the recline to an upright or semi-upright position. The footrest section may also need to be adjusted downwards.
2. To Convert to Bassinet: Adjust the recline mechanism to a flat, horizontal position. Ensure the footrest is raised to create an enclosed bassinet space.

5.3. Using the Shopping Basket and Diaper Bag

The integrated shopping basket located under the seat provides storage for small items. The included diaper bag can be used to carry doll accessories and can be hung on the stroller handle.

5.4. Folding for Transport

To fold the stroller for storage or transport, ensure the bassinet/seat unit is in a compact position. Locate the folding mechanisms (typically near the handle or on the frame joints). Engage these mechanisms according to the visual instructions provided with the product to collapse the frame. Always ensure fingers are clear of moving parts during folding.

6. Maintenance

6.1. Cleaning

• Fabric Parts: Wipe fabric surfaces with a damp cloth and mild soap. Allow to air dry completely. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
• Frame and Wheels: Clean the metal frame and plastic wheels with a damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners.

6.2. Storage

Store the doll stroller in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures to prevent material degradation.

7. Troubleshooting

• Stroller does not fold/unfold smoothly: Check for any obstructions in the folding mechanism. Ensure all locking levers are disengaged before attempting to fold, and fully engaged when unfolding.
• Wheels do not turn freely: Inspect wheels for debris (hair, lint, etc.) and remove if present. Ensure wheels are correctly attached and locked into place.
• Unit feels unstable: Verify that all assembly steps have been completed correctly and all locking mechanisms (frame, seat unit, wheels) are securely engaged.
