Setup
1. Assembly
Follow the detailed assembly instructions provided in the separate assembly guide that came with your product. Ensure all bolts and nuts are tightened securely before proceeding.
2. Adjusting the Saddle
The saddle can be adjusted both vertically and horizontally to accommodate different user heights and preferences. Loosen the adjustment knobs, move the saddle to the desired position, and securely tighten the knobs.
3. Adjusting the Handlebar
The triathlon handlebar is also adjustable vertically and horizontally. Adjust it to a comfortable position that allows for proper posture during your workout. Ensure the handlebar is firmly secured before use.

Operating Instructions
1. Starting Your Workout
Once the bike is assembled and adjusted, mount the bike and begin pedaling. The LCD monitor will automatically activate.
2. Adjusting Resistance
The resistance is controlled by a friction system. Turn the resistance knob clockwise to increase resistance and counter-clockwise to decrease it. Adjust the resistance to match your desired workout intensity.

3. Using the LCD Monitor
The LCD monitor displays important workout data:
- TIME: Duration of your workout.
- SPEED: Current cycling speed.
- DIST: Distance covered during the current workout.
- TOTALDIST: Total accumulated distance.
- CAL: Estimated calories burned.
- SCAN: Cycles through all display functions automatically.
Press the "MODE" button to switch between display functions or to reset values. Refer to the monitor's specific instructions for detailed operation.

4. Emergency Stop
For immediate stopping of the flywheel, press down firmly on the resistance knob. This activates the emergency brake, ensuring safety during your workout.
5. Hydration
Utilize the integrated bottle holder to keep water accessible during your workout, ensuring you stay hydrated without interruption.
Maintenance
1. Cleaning
Wipe down the bike with a damp cloth after each use to remove sweat and dust. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.
2. Belt Drive System
The Poly-V belt drive system is designed to be quiet and low-maintenance. Regular lubrication is not required. Inspect the belt periodically for any signs of wear or damage.
3. General Inspection
Periodically check all nuts, bolts, and moving parts for tightness and proper function. Tighten any loose components. Inspect pedals, saddle, and handlebars for wear.
Troubleshooting
- Noise during operation: Ensure all bolts are tightened. Check for any foreign objects near the flywheel or belt.
- Resistance not adjusting: Verify the resistance knob is functioning correctly and the friction pads are making proper contact with the flywheel.
- Monitor not displaying: Check if the monitor batteries (if applicable) need replacement. Ensure all connections to the monitor are secure.
- Saddle or pedal discomfort: Adjust the saddle and handlebar positions to find an optimal ergonomic setup. If discomfort persists, consider replacing the saddle or pedals with alternatives that better suit your needs.
