1. Introduction
The IPC HIPER CLEAN Professional Vacuum Cleaner is designed for efficient cleaning of both solids and liquids. Featuring a robust 75-liter tank and two powerful motors, this unit offers significant capacity, making it an ideal solution for professional service providers and demanding cleaning tasks.
2. Setup and Assembly
Follow these steps to correctly assemble your IPC HIPER CLEAN Professional Vacuum Cleaner:
- Attach the Wheels: Secure the rear wheels using a screwdriver and the provided screws. The front wheels simply snap into their designated slots. This ensures maximum mobility during use.
- Select and Install Filter:
- For liquid extraction, use the foam filter. Connect it to the motor head.
- For dry vacuuming (solids), use the washable cloth filter. This filter helps protect the motor from dust.
- Secure the Motor Head: Place the motor head onto the tank body. Ensure the lateral clamps are securely fastened to prevent accidental detachment during operation.
- Connect the Suction Hose: Attach the main suction hose to the designated inlet on the tank body. Align the hose with the marking and twist to secure it.
- Connect the Water Hose: Connect the transparent water hose to the small nozzle on the tank. This hose supplies water/cleaning solution to the extraction nozzle.
- Assemble Extension Tubes and Nozzle: Attach the aluminum extension tubes to the end of the suction hose. Then, connect your desired extraction nozzle (large or small) to the extension tube. The water hose connects to a blue quick-connector on the extension tube. Press the blue connector and push the hose in to secure it. To remove, press the blue connector and pull the hose.

3. Operating Instructions
The IPC HIPER CLEAN is designed for deep cleaning. Always ensure the correct filter is installed for your task (foam for liquids, cloth for solids).
3.1. Power Connection
Before use, connect the product to a power outlet. Important: Verify that the voltage of your power outlet (127V or 220V) matches the product's requirements to prevent damage.
3.2. Filling the Water Tank
The vacuum cleaner features an external 6-liter clean water reservoir. Fill this tank with water and your preferred cleaning solution. This large capacity allows for extended cleaning sessions without frequent refills.
3.3. Using the Controls
On the motor head, you will find two buttons:
- Suction (Aspirar): Activates the vacuum suction.
- Spray (Borrifar): Activates the water/solution spray function.
You can use these functions independently or simultaneously. For extraction-only tasks (without spraying), it is recommended to turn off the spray function.
3.4. Cleaning Process (Extraction)
- First, vacuum the surface to remove loose dirt and debris using the cloth filter.
- Switch to the foam filter for liquid extraction. Spray the cleaning solution onto the surface using the trigger on the hose handle.
- Allow the solution to act for a few minutes.
- Gently scrub the surface with a brush (if needed, depending on the nozzle).
- Activate the suction to extract the liquid and dirt. The transparent nozzle allows you to see the dirt being removed.
The vacuum can extract up to 80% of the liquid, with the remaining moisture evaporating within a few hours. For best results, perform liquid extraction on warm days and ensure the area is well-ventilated.

3.5. Nozzle Usage
- Small Extraction Nozzle: Ideal for upholstery and smaller surfaces. It features soft bristles and a rubber squeegee to pull liquid into the nozzle, along with a spray nozzle for solution application.
- Large Extraction Nozzle: Perfect for cleaning floors, carpets, and rugs. It also includes soft bristles and a removable rubber squeegee for effective liquid extraction and a spray nozzle.
- Multi-purpose Nozzle: Designed for versatile cleaning, this nozzle rotates 360 degrees, allowing access to hard-to-reach corners and tight spaces.
- Crevice Tool: For narrow gaps and edges.

4. Maintenance
4.1. Filter Cleaning
- Foam Filter: After liquid extraction, remove and rinse the foam filter thoroughly with water. Allow it to air dry completely before storing or reusing.
- Washable Cloth Filter: After dry vacuuming, remove the cloth filter. It can be washed to remove accumulated dust and debris. Ensure it is completely dry before reattaching.
4.2. Tank Emptying
Regularly empty the dirty water tank. The product features a float system that prevents water from reaching the motor when the tank is full, protecting the appliance.
4.3. Accessory Storage
Utilize the accessory holder to keep all nozzles and tubes organized and easily accessible. This holder attaches to the product by lifting the clean water reservoir, inserting the holder, and then lowering the reservoir back into place.

5. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your IPC HIPER CLEAN Professional Vacuum Cleaner, please check the following:
- No Power: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet and that the voltage matches the product's requirements. Check the power switch on the motor head.
- Reduced Suction: Check if the filters are clean and correctly installed. Ensure the hose and nozzles are free from blockages. Verify that the tank is not full (for liquids).
- No Spray: Check if the clean water tank is filled and the water hose is properly connected. Ensure the spray button is activated and the trigger on the handle is pressed.
- Water Leakage: Ensure all hose connections are tight and secure. Check the seals on the motor head and tank.
