Setup

  1. Fill the Water Tank: Ensure the steam cleaner is unplugged. Unscrew the water tank cap. Using the provided measuring cup, carefully fill the 450ml water tank with distilled water. Do not overfill. Securely replace the water tank cap.
  2. Attach Desired Accessory: Depending on your cleaning task, attach the appropriate accessory. For floor cleaning, connect the extension pipes to the main unit, then attach the floor head with a microfiber mop pad. For handheld tasks, attach the flexible hose or a direct nozzle/brush to the main unit. Ensure all attachments click securely into place.
  3. Power On: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. The indicator light will illuminate.

Operating Instructions

  1. Heating Up: Allow the unit to heat up for approximately 30 seconds. The indicator light will change color (e.g., from red to green) when ready to produce steam.
  2. Adjust Steam Settings: Use the steam control dial to select the desired steam intensity (low, medium, high) based on the surface and cleaning task.
  3. Activate Steam: Press and hold the steam trigger. For continuous steam, engage the auto-lock feature on the trigger.
  4. Cleaning Surfaces:
    • Floor Cleaning: For hard floors, use the floor head with the microfiber pad. For carpets, attach the carpet glider over the floor head. Move the mop slowly and steadily over the surface.
    • Handheld Cleaning: Use the flexible hose with various nozzles (long, bent) and brushes (round brush) to target grime, tough spots, grout, and hard-to-reach areas.
    • Upholstery & Garments: Attach the garment steaming tool with the appropriate cloth to refresh fabrics and remove wrinkles.
    • Window Cleaning: Use the window steaming tool with the window cleaning cloth to clean glass surfaces.
  5. Adjusting Height: For floor cleaning, the extension pipes allow for 3 adjustable heights to suit user comfort and reach.
  6. Finishing: Release the steam trigger. Unplug the unit from the power outlet. Allow the unit to cool down completely before emptying any remaining water and disassembling accessories.

Maintenance

  • Empty Water Tank: After each use, ensure the unit is unplugged and cooled. Carefully empty any remaining water from the tank.
  • Clean Microfiber Pads/Cloths: Remove used microfiber pads and cloths. They are machine washable. Wash them separately from other laundry to avoid lint transfer.
  • Wipe Down Unit: Wipe the exterior of the steam cleaner with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
  • Storage: Store the steam cleaner and its accessories in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children.

Troubleshooting

  • No Steam Production: Check if the water tank is filled and the unit is properly plugged in. Ensure the unit has had sufficient time to heat up (approx. 30 seconds).
  • Low Steam Output: Verify the steam control dial is set to a higher intensity. Ensure there is no mineral buildup in the nozzles or brushes; clean if necessary.
  • Water Leakage: Check that all attachments are securely fastened and the water tank cap is tightly closed.
  • Unit Not Turning On: Confirm the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet.
