Official Maintenance Video Guide
This video demonstrates how to clean the dust collector, filters, rolling brush, and side brushes of your eufy RoboVac. It provides a visual guide to complement the written instructions below.
1. Turning Off Your RoboVac
Before performing any maintenance, ensure your RoboVac is turned off. Flip the RoboVac over and press the power button to turn it off.
2. Emptying the Dustbin
Press the dust collector release button to pull the dust collector out. Open and empty the dust collector into a waste bin.
3. Cleaning the Pre-filter
Remove the pre-filter from the dust collector by pulling on its hooks. Clean the pre-filter using the provided cleaning tool or a vacuum cleaner. For a deeper clean, you may rinse the pre-filter with water, ensuring it is completely dry before reinserting it. Place the pre-filter securely back into the dust collector.
4. Replacing the Filter
Open the filter compartment of the dust collector by pulling on the blue tab. Remove both the white filter and the black foam insert. Clean both components using the provided tool or a vacuum. The white filter can also be washed with water, but must be completely dry before reinsertion. First, place the black foam filter, then the white filter on top. Close the filter door and push down on the blue button to reinsert the dustbin into the RoboVac.
5. Cleaning and Replacing the Rolling Brush
Turn your RoboVac over. Pull on the release tabs to unlock and lift the brush guard. Lift the rolling brush to remove it. Use the provided cleaning tool to cut and remove any hair or debris wrapped around the rolling brush bristles and ends. Ensure the ends of the rolling brush are clean for proper connection.

This image illustrates the four-step process for removing and installing the rolling brush. It shows how to access the brush, remove it, align the new brush, and secure the brush guard.
To reinsert, place the square side of the rolling brush into its corresponding square hole first, then lower the other side. Replace the brush guard and press it down until it clicks into place.
6. Cleaning the Side Brushes
Remove each side brush by gently pulling it from the RoboVac. Carefully unwind and pull off any hair or string wrapped around the side brush bristles. Use a cloth dampened with warm water to clean the bristles and reshape them if they have become bent. Replace each side brush by pressing it down onto its connection with the RoboVac until it is securely in place.
