Setup
1. Connecting the Cable
The Final E4000 earphones feature a detachable MMCX cable for versatility and durability. To connect the cable:
- Identify the left (L) and right (R) earpieces and cable connectors. The right connector typically has a red indicator.
- Align the MMCX connector on the cable with the port on the earpiece.
- Gently push the connector straight into the earpiece port until you feel a click. Do not twist or force the connection.
- To disconnect, firmly grasp the cable connector (not the cable itself) and pull straight out from the earpiece.

2. Choosing and Attaching Ear Tips
The correct ear tip size is crucial for optimal sound quality and comfort. The Final E4000 comes with multiple sizes of Swing-Fit Eartips.
- Experiment with different sizes to find the best seal for your ear canal. A good seal provides better bass response and sound isolation.
- To attach an ear tip, gently push it onto the nozzle of the earpiece until it is securely seated.

3. Wearing the Earphones
The unique swing-fit mechanism allows for flexible positioning to achieve the best fit.
- Insert the earpieces into your ear canals.
- Adjust the earpieces by gently swinging them left or right and tilting them until they sit comfortably and securely, directing the sound directly into your ear canal.
- The cable is designed to be worn over the ear for added stability and to minimize microphonics (cable noise).

Operating
Basic Audio Playback
The Final E4000 earphones connect via a standard 3.5mm jack, compatible with a wide range of audio devices.
- Plug the 3.5mm jack into your audio source (smartphone, MP3 player, computer, etc.).

The earphones feature media control functionality. Refer to your audio device's manual for specific compatibility and usage of the media control button.
Maintenance
Cleaning
- Regularly clean the ear tips with a soft, dry cloth to remove earwax and debris.
- If necessary, ear tips can be gently washed with mild soap and water, then thoroughly dried before reattaching.
- Wipe the earpiece housing and cable with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
Cable Care
- Avoid sharp bends or excessive pulling on the cable to prevent damage.
- When storing, gently coil the cable and place it in the provided silicone carrying case to prevent tangling and damage.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No sound or low volume | Loose cable connection, incorrect ear tip size, low device volume, faulty audio source. | Ensure MMCX connectors are fully seated. Try different ear tip sizes for a better seal. Check device volume and audio source. Test with another device. |
| Distorted sound | Damaged cable, faulty audio source, excessive volume. | Reduce device volume. Test with another audio source. If the cable is damaged, replace it with a compatible MMCX cable. |
| Earphones fall out easily | Incorrect ear tip size, improper wearing. | Try smaller or larger ear tips to achieve a secure fit. Adjust the swing-fit mechanism for better stability. |
