2.1. Adjusting the Mesh Bracelet

The stainless steel mesh bracelet is designed for comfort and adjustability. To ensure a secure and comfortable fit, you can adjust the clasp according to your wrist size. The watch comes with a bracelet adjustment tool.

  1. Pry the locking plate: Use the provided tool or a small, flat object to gently pry up the locking plate on the clasp.
  2. Move the clasp: Slide the clasp along the mesh band to your desired length. The band has small grooves to help secure the clasp.
  3. Secure the locking plate: Once positioned, press the locking plate down firmly until it snaps closed. Ensure it is fully engaged to prevent accidental opening.

2.2. Setting Time and Date

Your OLEVS watch features a crown on the side for setting the time and date.

  • To set the date: Pull the crown out to the first click position. Turn the crown clockwise or counter-clockwise until the correct date is displayed.
  • To set the time: Pull the crown out to the second click position. Turn the crown to move the hour and minute hands to the correct time. Push the crown back in fully to start the watch.

2.3. Activating Luminous Feature

The watch hands are designed with a luminous coating for visibility in low light conditions. For initial activation or if the luminosity fades, expose the watch dial to a bright light source (e.g., sunlight or a lamp) for approximately 30 seconds. This will charge the luminous material.

3. Operating the Watch

Once the time and date are set and the crown is pushed in, your OLEVS watch will operate continuously, providing accurate timekeeping. The quartz movement ensures precise measurement of hours, minutes, and seconds.

4. Maintenance

4.1. Water Resistance

Your OLEVS watch is designed with 30 meters (3ATM) of water resistance. This means it is suitable for daily waterproof needs such as hand washing, rain, and splashing water. It is not suitable for showering, bathing, swimming, diving, or any prolonged water immersion.

  • Do not operate the crown or push buttons when the watch is wet or submerged.
  • Avoid exposing the watch to hot water or steam, as this can compromise the seals.

4.2. General Care

To maintain the appearance and longevity of your watch:

  • Clean the watch regularly with a soft, dry cloth. For the mesh band, a slightly damp cloth can be used, ensuring it is dried thoroughly afterward.
  • Avoid exposing the watch to extreme temperatures (hot or cold), direct sunlight for prolonged periods, or strong magnetic fields.
  • Protect the watch from impacts and shocks.
  • The watch features a high hardness coated glass mirror, which is scratch-resistant and wear-resistant.

4.3. Battery Replacement

The watch is powered by one LR44 battery. When the watch stops or the timekeeping becomes erratic, it may indicate a low battery. Battery replacement should ideally be performed by a qualified watch technician to ensure proper sealing and functionality, especially concerning water resistance.

5. Troubleshooting

  • Watch not running or keeping accurate time:
This often indicates a low or depleted battery. Refer to Section 4.3 for battery replacement. If the issue persists after battery replacement, contact customer support.
  • Fog or water droplets inside the watch:
If you observe condensation or water inside the watch, this indicates a breach in the water resistance. Immediately cease wearing the watch and contact the manufacturer or a professional watch repair service for maintenance to prevent further damage to internal components.
  • Luminous hands not glowing:
Ensure the watch has been exposed to sufficient light to charge the luminous material. Refer to Section 2.3 for activation instructions.
