1. Introduction

4. Setup

4.1 Battery Installation

The remote control requires two (2) AAA batteries for operation. Follow these steps to install the batteries:

  1. Locate the battery compartment cover on the back of the remote control.
  2. Press down on the tab and slide the cover downwards to open the compartment.
  3. Insert two (2) AAA batteries, ensuring the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals align correctly with the markings inside the compartment.
  4. Slide the battery compartment cover back into place until it clicks securely.

4.2 First Use

Once batteries are installed, the remote control is ready for immediate use. No programming or pairing is required. Simply point the remote at your Emerson TV and begin operating it.
