Operating Instructions

  1. Prepare Hair: Ensure your hair is dry or slightly damp. Brush your hair to remove any tangles.
  2. Select Roller Size: Choose between the large (1-1/4") rollers for loose volume or the medium (1") rollers for soft, bouncy curls.
  3. Section Hair: Take a section of hair, approximately 1.5 inches wide, starting from the ends.
  4. Wrap Hair: Wrap the section of hair around a heated roller, starting from the ends and rolling upwards towards the roots. Ensure the hair is wrapped smoothly and evenly.
  5. Secure Roller: Use the appropriate heated clip to secure the roller in place. The clips are designed to provide a secure hold while reducing creases.
  6. Repeat: Continue this process for all sections of hair until your desired style is set.
  7. Setting Time:
    • For soft, wavy curls, leave rollers in for just a couple of minutes.
    • For tighter curls, leave them in for 5–10 minutes.
The rollers will continue to curl for about 15 minutes after being removed from the heat.
  8. Remove Rollers: Once the desired curl is achieved, carefully remove the clips from each roller. Gently unwind the rollers from your hair to avoid pulling or disrupting the curl.

Troubleshooting

ProblemPossible CauseSolution
Rollers not heating up.Unit not plugged in, power outlet malfunction, or internal fault.Ensure the unit is securely plugged into a working electrical outlet. Check the LED indicator light. If no light, try a different outlet. If the problem persists, contact customer support.
Rollers are too hot to handle.Normal operation for dual heating technology; clips and end rings get hot.Always handle rollers by the cool-touch ends. Avoid touching the inner clips or metal heating rails. Use caution when removing rollers from the base.
Rollers are difficult to remove from the heating base.Tight fit for optimal heating contact.Gently pull the rollers straight up from their slots. If they are stiff, try wiggling slightly. This tight fit is necessary for efficient heating.
Curls do not hold or are not defined.Insufficient heating time, hair too wet, or rollers removed too soon.Ensure rollers are fully heated (LED on). Use on dry or slightly damp hair. Leave rollers in for the recommended time (5-10 minutes for tighter curls). Allow curls to cool completely before brushing.
Clips leave marks on hair.Improper clip placement or hair sectioning.Ensure hair is wrapped smoothly around the roller before securing with the clip. Position the clip carefully to minimize direct pressure on the hair. Marks usually comb out after a few minutes.
