2. Product Overview

2.1 Main Components
- 9-inch LCD Display: High-resolution screen for viewing content.

3. Setup
3.1 Unpacking
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Ensure all items listed in the package contents are present. Retain the packaging for future transport or storage.
3.2 Connecting Power
- Connect the AC power adapter to the DC IN port on the portable DVD player.
- Plug the other end of the power adapter into a standard electrical outlet.
- If the unit has an internal rechargeable battery (not included), allow it to charge fully before first use. The charging indicator light will typically change color or turn off when charging is complete.

3.3 Initial Power On
Press and hold the POWER button to turn on the unit. The Sencor logo will appear on the screen, followed by the main menu or disc loading screen.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Inserting and Removing Discs
- Gently open the disc tray cover.
- Place a DVD or CD onto the spindle with the label side facing up. Ensure the disc is securely seated.
- Close the disc tray cover firmly until it clicks. The player will automatically begin reading the disc.
- To remove a disc, open the tray cover and gently press the center spindle to release the disc, then lift it out.

4.2 Basic Playback Controls
- PLAY/PAUSE (►/⏸): Press to start playback or pause it. Press again to resume.
- STOP (⏹): Press to stop playback.
- SKIP (⏭ / ⏮): Press to skip to the next or previous chapter/track.
- FAST FORWARD/REWIND (⏩ / ⏪): Press and hold to fast forward or rewind through content.
- VOLUME (+/-): Adjust the audio output level.
- MENU: Access the disc's main menu.
- SETUP: Access the player's system settings.

4.3 Using USB and SD Card Media
Insert a USB flash drive into the USB port or an SD card into the SD card slot. The player should automatically detect the media and display a file browser. Navigate through your files using the directional buttons and press PLAY to start playback of supported media files.
4.4 Connecting to an External Display
To view content on a larger screen, connect an AV cable (not included) from the AV OUT port on the portable DVD player to the AV IN ports on your television or monitor. Select the appropriate AV input on your external display.
5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning the Unit
- Wipe the exterior of the unit with a soft, dry cloth.
- For the screen, use a soft, lint-free cloth specifically designed for LCD screens. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Ensure the unit is powered off and unplugged before cleaning.
5.2 Disc Care
- Handle discs by their edges to avoid fingerprints.
- Store discs in their cases when not in use to prevent scratches.
- Clean dirty discs with a soft, lint-free cloth, wiping from the center outwards.
5.3 Storage
When not in use for extended periods, store the portable DVD player in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. If the unit has an internal battery, charge it periodically to maintain battery health.
6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your Sencor SPV 2920, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:
