2. Setup and Installation
This section guides you through the process of setting up your NZXT H200 case and installing your PC components.
2.1 Opening the Case
To access the interior, first remove the tempered glass side panel by unscrewing the captive thumb screws. For the rear panel, locate the small push-button mechanism on the back of the case, above the I/O shield area. Pressing this button will release the rear panel, allowing access to the cable management area and accessory box. Handle panels carefully to avoid damage.

2.2 Motherboard Installation
- Ensure the I/O shield (if not integrated with your motherboard) is installed into the case's rear opening.
- Align your Mini-ITX motherboard with the standoffs inside the case.
- Secure the motherboard using the provided screws from the accessory box.
2.3 Power Supply Installation
The NZXT H200 supports a bottom-mount power supply. Slide your power supply into the designated compartment at the bottom rear of the case and secure it with screws from the exterior rear panel.
2.4 Drive Installation
The case provides multiple mounting points for 2.5-inch SSDs and 3.5-inch HDDs. Utilize the removable drive trays and cages located behind the motherboard tray and on the PSU shroud. Secure drives with the appropriate screws.
2.5 Cable Management
Utilize the integrated cable management bar and routing channels behind the motherboard tray. Velcro straps are provided to secure cables, ensuring a clean interior and optimal airflow.

3. Operating Your PC Case
Once all components are installed and secured, and all necessary cables are connected, you can close the case panels. Connect your peripherals, monitor, and power cable to your PC. Use the power button on the top panel to turn on your system. The case is designed to provide efficient airflow for your components, contributing to stable system operation.
4. Maintenance
Regular maintenance helps ensure optimal performance and longevity of your PC components.
4.1 Dust Filter Cleaning
The NZXT H200 includes removable dust filters. Periodically remove and clean these filters to prevent dust buildup inside the case, which can impede airflow and cooling efficiency. Use compressed air or a soft brush to remove dust.
4.2 Tempered Glass Panel Care
Clean the tempered glass panel with a soft, lint-free cloth and a non-abrasive glass cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could scratch the glass.
4.3 General Case Cleaning
Wipe down the exterior of the case with a soft, damp cloth. Ensure the case is powered off and unplugged before cleaning.
5. Troubleshooting
This section addresses common issues you might encounter.
5.1 Difficulty Opening Rear Panel / Finding Accessories
As noted in the setup section, the rear panel is released by a small push-button on the back of the case. The accessory box and manual are typically located within a 3.5-inch HDD enclosure in the lower chamber, accessible once the rear panel is open.
5.2 Cable Routing Challenges
If you encounter difficulties with cable routing, ensure you are utilizing the dedicated cable management channels and Velcro straps. The main 24-pin ATX motherboard connector might require careful routing around the central cable management bar.
5.3 Insufficient Airflow or High Temperatures
Verify that all fans are correctly installed and oriented to create an effective airflow path (intake and exhaust). Ensure dust filters are clean and not obstructed. Check that no internal cables are blocking airflow.
