Setup and First Use

Before first use, ensure the timer is placed on a stable, flat surface. The timer requires batteries for the musical chime feature. Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the base. Insert the required batteries (type and quantity as indicated in the battery compartment). Ensure correct polarity.

Operating Your Timer

To set the timer, rotate the top part (Beethoven bust) clockwise all the way to the 60-minute mark. This action winds the internal mechanism. Then, rotate the top part counter-clockwise to your desired time setting. Align the arrow on the base with the desired minute mark. When the time elapses, the timer will ring and play a melody from Beethoven's Für Elise.

For accurate timing, always wind the timer fully to 60 minutes before setting it to your desired time. Do not force the timer past the 60-minute mark or below the 0-minute mark.

Care and Maintenance
