2.1. What's in the Box

Before you begin, ensure all components are present:

2.2. Battery Installation

1. Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the mouse.
2. Open the battery compartment cover.
3. Insert the provided AA battery, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
4. Close the battery compartment cover securely.

2.3. Connecting Your Mouse

The DEFT PRO offers three connection methods:

1. Locate the hole on the underside of the mouse.
2. Gently push the trackball through this hole to pop it out.
3. Use a soft, lint-free cloth to wipe the trackball and the ball bearings clean.
4. Reinsert the trackball into its slot, ensuring it clicks into place.
