1. Introduction

5. Installation Instructions

Follow these steps for a safe and proper installation:

5.1 Preparing the Fixture

1. Remove the Diffuser: Gently pull the plate (A-1) along the arrow as shown in Figure 3. Remove the diffuser (Part C) from the housing (Part A) by grasping the edge of the diffuser and carefully squeezing to release it. Continue downwards to fully disengage the diffuser.

2. Knock Out Holes: Identify the knock-out holes on the fixture for wiring and mounting. For in-line assembly of multiple lights, use the knock-out hole on the end of the fixture (Figure 4).

5.2 Mounting and Wiring

3. Prepare Junction Box: Knock out the middle hole on the fixture and install the two screws into the junction box on the ceiling. Ensure the junction box is securely mounted.

4. Connect Wiring: Pass all wires through the prepared hole. Connect the fixture's wires to the building's electrical wires using wire nuts. Typically, black to black (live), white to white (neutral), and green/bare copper to green/bare copper (ground). Ensure connections are secure (Figure 5, Step 1 & 2).

5. Secure Wires: Carefully push all connected wires into the junction box (Figure 5, Step 3). Ensure no wires are pinched or exposed.

6. Attach Fixture to Ceiling: Securely attach the fixture to the ceiling, ensuring it is flush and stable. The design ensures wires will not drop on the cover once installed (Figure 5, Step 4).

5.3 Finalizing Installation

7. Reinstall Diffuser: Carefully reattach the prismatic acrylic cover (diffuser) to the fixture housing. Ensure it is securely snapped into place to maximize light output and distribution (Figure 6).

8. Restore Power: Once installation is complete and all connections are secure, restore power at the circuit breaker.

6. Operating Instructions

The FAITHSAIL 4FT LED Wraparound Light Fixture operates like a standard light fixture. Once properly installed and powered, it can be controlled via a wall switch or other connected electrical control.

• Turning On/Off: Use the connected wall switch to turn the light fixture on or off.
• Instant On: The LED fixture provides instant illumination without flickering or warm-up time.

7. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Before cleaning, ensure the power to the fixture is turned off at the circuit breaker. Use a soft, dry, or slightly damp cloth to wipe the exterior surfaces. Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or cleaners containing alcohol, as these can damage the finish or acrylic cover.
• No Bulb Replacement: This fixture uses integrated LED technology, meaning there are no bulbs to replace.
• Inspection: Periodically inspect the fixture for any signs of damage, loose connections, or wear. If any issues are found, turn off power immediately and consult a qualified electrician or contact customer support.
