6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance helps ensure optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your computer case.
6.1 Dust Filter Cleaning
The top panel includes a magnetic dust filter. Regularly remove and clean this filter to prevent dust buildup, which can impede airflow and affect cooling efficiency. Simply detach the filter, clean it with water or compressed air, and reattach.
6.2 Exterior Cleaning
Wipe the tempered glass panels and exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, as these can scratch or damage the finish.
6.3 Interior Cleaning
Periodically, with the system powered off and unplugged, use compressed air to remove dust from internal components, fan blades, and heatsinks. Ensure proper ventilation during this process.
7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your ZEBRONICS HELIUS case, refer to the following common troubleshooting tips:
- No Power: Ensure all power cables are securely connected to the motherboard, graphics card, and power supply. Verify the power switch on the PSU is in the 'ON' position.
- Fans Not Spinning: Check fan connections to the motherboard or fan controller. Ensure the fan controller is set to 'Low' or 'High' and not 'Stop'.
- RGB Lights Not Working: Verify RGB connections to the motherboard or integrated controller. Cycle through modes using the RGB controller button.
- No Display: Confirm the graphics card is properly seated in its PCIe slot and power cables are connected. Check monitor cable connections and ensure the monitor is powered on and set to the correct input.
For persistent issues, consult the documentation for your individual components (motherboard, GPU, PSU) or contact ZEBRONICS customer support.
