3. Setup and Installation
The FS-1 pickup is designed for free-hole installation, meaning no permanent modifications to your guitar are required. It is compatible with folk acoustic guitars with a sound hole diameter between 90mm and 105mm.
- Positioning: Gently slide the pickup unit into the guitar's sound hole. Ensure the pickup is centered and securely seated.
- Securing: The pickup is designed to fit snugly. Adjust the clamps on the sides of the pickup to firmly grip the edges of the sound hole without causing damage.
- Receiver Connection: Plug the wireless receiver (SW-801) into your amplifier, mixer, or audio interface's input jack.

4. Operating Instructions
The Skysonic FS-1 offers true wireless operation for maximum convenience.
- Power On: Locate the power button on both the FS-1 pickup unit (transmitter) and the SW-801 receiver. Press and hold each button until the indicator lights illuminate, signifying they are powered on.
- Pairing: The transmitter and receiver should automatically pair. A stable indicator light on both units confirms a successful connection.
- Volume Adjustment: Use the volume controls on the pickup unit to adjust the output level.
- Playing: Once connected, your guitar's amplified sound will be transmitted wirelessly to your amplifier or sound system. The effective transmission distance is up to 30 meters, and can reach 50 meters in barrier-free environments, with no loss of tone quality or expression.
- Power Off: To conserve battery life, power off both the transmitter and receiver when not in use by pressing and holding their respective power buttons.

5. Charging the Battery
The Skysonic FS-1 pickup and receiver are equipped with high-capacity built-in lithium batteries. They can be charged via a standard USB connection.
- Connect the provided USB charging cable to the Micro USB port on both the transmitter and receiver units.
- Plug the other end of the USB cable into a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
- The charging indicator light will show the charging status. Once fully charged, the indicator light will change or turn off.
- A full charge provides approximately 6-8 hours of continuous use.
