Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and efficiency of your CoolBot Pro and walk-in cooler setup:
- Regularly clean the air conditioner's filters and coils to maintain optimal airflow and cooling efficiency.
- Ensure the room temperature sensor is not obstructed and is placed in a representative area of the cooler.
- Check all cable connections periodically to ensure they are secure.
- Keep the CoolBot Pro unit clean and free from dust.
Troubleshooting
Common Issues and Solutions:
- Issue: Display shows "E0" or other error codes.
- Solution: An "E0" error typically indicates a problem with the fin sensor. Check the connection of the fin sensor to the CoolBot Pro. Ensure it is fully inserted and not damaged. Refer to the CoolBot app or online resources for specific error code meanings.
- Issue: Unit not connecting to Wi-Fi.
- Solution: Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz (CoolBot Pro does not support 5GHz). Check your Wi-Fi password. Try restarting your router and the CoolBot Pro unit. Ensure the unit is within range of your Wi-Fi signal.
- Issue: Cooler not reaching desired temperature.
- Solution: Verify the air conditioner is properly sized for your space and is functioning correctly. Check for air leaks in your cooler. Ensure the fin sensor is correctly placed between the evaporator fins of the AC unit. Clean AC filters and coils.
