Safety Information
The GB500 is equipped with NOCO's patented UltraSafe Technology to ensure safe operation. This includes:
- Spark-Proof Connections: Prevents sparks from occurring when the clamps touch or are connected incorrectly.
- Reverse Polarity Protection: Protects against damage if the clamps are connected to the wrong battery terminals.

Setup
- Charge the GB500: Before first use, fully charge the GB500 using the included 56W power adapter. Connect the power adapter to the 'IN' port on the GB500 and plug it into a wall outlet. The charge indicator LEDs will illuminate and chase, indicating charging status. All LEDs will be solid when fully charged.
- Connect Clamps: Plug the XGC cables into the 12V OUT port on the GB500. Ensure a secure connection.
- Inspect Battery: Ensure the vehicle battery terminals are clean and free of corrosion.
Operating Instructions: Jump Starting
- Connect Clamps to Battery: Connect the red (positive) clamp to the positive (+) battery terminal and the black (negative) clamp to the negative (-) battery terminal. The GB500 will detect the battery voltage (12V or 24V).
- Power On: Press the Power Button on the GB500. The charge indicator LEDs will illuminate.
- Start Vehicle: Attempt to start the vehicle. If the vehicle does not start, wait 30 seconds and try again.
- Override Mode (if needed): If the GB500 does not detect a battery or the battery is below 2V, the error LED may illuminate. To manually override, press and hold the Manual Override button for three (3) seconds until the Charge LEDs illuminate. This bypasses safety features, so use with extreme caution.
- Disconnect Clamps: Once the vehicle starts, disconnect the negative (-) clamp first, then the positive (+) clamp.

Charging the GB500
The GB500 recharges fully in approximately 5 hours using the included 56W XGC power adapter. It can also be recharged via the USB-C IN/OUT port, though this may take longer depending on the power source.

Using the LED Flashlight
The GB500 features a powerful 2,200-lumen LED flashlight with seven light modes:
- 100% Brightness
