Power Connection

LED Indicators

  • MSTR/HEAD & CPLR/TAIL: Indicate ring coupling status for redundancy protocols.

Troubleshooting

  • Cannot Access Web Interface:
    • Verify your computer's IP address is in the same subnet as the switch's default IP.
    • Check network cable connection.
    • Ensure no firewall is blocking access.

  • FAULT LED is On:
