Setup

1. Battery Installation

The remote control requires two AAA batteries (not included).

  1. Locate the battery compartment on the back of the remote control.
  2. Press down on the tab and slide the battery cover downwards to open it.
  3. Insert two AAA batteries, ensuring the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals align correctly with the markings inside the compartment.
  4. Slide the battery cover back into place until it clicks securely.

Note: Always replace both batteries at the same time. Do not mix old and new batteries or different types of batteries. Remove batteries if the remote control will not be used for an extended period.

Operating Instructions

This remote control is designed for immediate use with compatible Samsung LED/LCD TVs without any prior programming.

1. Basic Operation

  1. Point the remote control directly at your Samsung TV.
  2. Press the POWER button to turn the TV on or off.
  3. Use the VOL + and VOL - buttons to adjust the volume.
  4. Use the CH + and CH - buttons to change channels.
  5. Press the MUTE button to silence the TV audio.
  6. Use the directional pad (up, down, left, right) and the ENTER button (often labeled with a square or circle in the center) to navigate menus.
