4. Setup
4.1. Installation (Wiring)
WARNING: Ensure power is OFF at the circuit breaker before beginning installation. A neutral wire is required for this switch.
- Turn off power to the switch at the circuit breaker.
- Remove the existing wall plate and switch.
- Identify the Live (L), Neutral (N), and Load (L1, L2, L3) wires. Typically, Live wires are black, Neutral wires are white, and Load wires connect to the lights.
- Connect the wires to the corresponding terminals on the MOES Smart Switch:
- Connect the Live wire to the 'L' terminal.
- Connect the Neutral wire to the 'N' terminal.
- Connect the Load wires for each light circuit to 'L1', 'L2', and 'L3' respectively.
- Secure the switch into the wall box.
- Attach the glass panel.
- Restore power at the circuit breaker.

4.2. App Connection (Smart Life App)
- Download the 'Smart Life' app from the App Store or Google Play.
- Register or log in to your Smart Life account.
- Ensure your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.
- Resetting the Switch for Pairing: Press and hold any button on the switch for 20 seconds until the indicator light blinks quickly. This puts the device into default normal mode for Wi-Fi connection. If the light blinks very slowly, it's in AP mode.
- In the Smart Life app, tap '+' to add a device, then select 'Electrical Switch (Wi-Fi)'.
- Follow the in-app instructions to connect the switch to your Wi-Fi network.
