Safety Information

Setup Instructions
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the grill from its packaging. Ensure all components are present.
- Unfolding Legs: Place the grill on a flat, stable surface. Release the leg lock mechanism and extend the legs until they fully lock into place. The wheels should be on one side, and the stable feet on the other.
- Attaching Side Tables: Extend the side tables from the main body of the grill until they click securely into position. These provide convenient space for utensils and ingredients.
- Connecting Propane Cylinder: Ensure both burner control knobs are in the "OFF" position. Screw a 16.4 oz. propane cylinder (sold separately) clockwise into the regulator until hand-tight. Do not overtighten.
- Leak Test: Apply a soapy water solution to all gas connections. If bubbles appear, there is a leak. Tighten connections or replace parts as necessary. Do not operate the grill if a leak is detected.

Folding for Storage/Transport:
- Ensure the grill is completely cool and the propane cylinder is disconnected.
- Retract the side tables.
- Release the leg lock mechanism and fold the legs inward. Secure the legs with the locking latch.
- The grill can then be wheeled using its integrated wheels or stored vertically to save space.

Operating Instructions
- Opening the Lid: Unlatch the lid and open it fully.
- Lighting the Burners:
- Ensure the propane cylinder is connected and the gas valve is open.
- Push and turn a burner control knob to the "HIGH/LIGHT" position.
- Immediately press the red InstaStart ignition button until the burner lights. You should hear a click and see a flame.
- If ignition does not occur within 5 seconds, turn the burner control to "OFF", wait 5 minutes, and repeat the lighting procedure.
- Repeat for the second burner if desired.
- Adjusting Temperature: Use the individual burner control knobs to adjust the heat from "LOW" to "HIGH" as needed for your cooking. The integrated thermometer on the lid provides temperature monitoring.
- Cooking: Place food on the cooking grates. The 225 sq. inch area accommodates a variety of items.
- Turning Off: When finished cooking, turn both burner control knobs to the "OFF" position. Close the gas valve on the propane cylinder. Allow the grill to cool completely before cleaning or storing.
Maintenance
- Cleaning Grates: After each use, once the grates have cooled, remove them and clean with a grill brush and warm soapy water.
- Drip Tray: The grill features a removable drip tray. For easier cleaning and to prevent grease fires, add a small amount of water to the drip tray before cooking. Empty and clean the drip tray after each use once cooled.
- Exterior Cleaning: Wipe down the exterior surfaces with a damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners that may damage the finish.
- Storage: Store the grill in a dry, protected area. Disconnect the propane cylinder and store it separately in a well-ventilated area.
