4. Setup Instructions
Follow these steps to set up your TechCare Plus 24 Massager for first use:
- Charge the Device: Before initial use, fully charge your device for 10 hours using the provided USB cable and wall charger. The battery indicator on the screen will show charging status.
- Connect Pads to Cables: Snap the electrode pads onto the ends of the electrode cables. Ensure a secure connection.
- Plug Cables into Device: Insert the jack end of the electrode cables into the A and/or B output ports on the top of the device.
- Apply Pads to Body: Remove the protective film from the electrode pads and place them on the desired treatment area on your body. Ensure pads are at least 1 inch apart and stick well to clean, dry skin.

5. Operating Instructions
Once set up, follow these steps to operate your TechCare Plus 24 Massager:
- Turn On: Switch down the button on the upper left side of the device to turn it on. The screen will illuminate.
- Select Massage Mode: Press the "M" button to cycle through the multi-preprogrammed massage modes (Tapping, Acupuncture, Deep Tissue, Foot, Cupping, Combo, Kneading, Swedish, Scrapping, Reflexology, Tai-Chi). Please note that the intensity level will reset to level 1 after changing the massage mode.
- Set Time: Press the "T" button to adjust the desired treatment time, ranging from 10 to 60 minutes.
- Adjust Intensity: Use the "+" and "-" buttons to increase or decrease the intensity level to your desired comfort. There are 20 intensity bars.
- Lock/Unlock Device: To lock the device and prevent accidental changes during treatment, long press the "T" button for approximately 3 seconds. To unlock, long press the "T" button again.

Dual Channel (A/B) Operation
The TechCare Plus 24 features dual output channels (A and B), allowing you to use different modes or intensities on two separate areas of the body simultaneously, or to treat a larger area more effectively.
- Plug Both Jacks: Ensure both electrode cables are securely plugged into the A and B output ports on the device.
- Independent Control: Channel A and Channel B can be operated separately. Press the round center button to switch between controlling Channel A and Channel B. You can then adjust the mode and intensity for each channel independently.
