5. Setup
5.1 Placement
Place the sound tower on a stable, flat surface. Ensure there is enough space around the unit for proper ventilation. The 360-degree rotatable base allows you to adjust the sound direction as needed.

5.2 Power Connection
- Connect the power cable to the AC IN port on the back of the sound tower.
- Plug the other end of the power cable into a standard AC wall outlet.
- The unit will enter standby mode.
6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Power On/Off
Press the POWER button on the unit or the remote control to turn the sound tower on or off.
6.2 Source Selection
Press the SOURCE button on the unit or remote control repeatedly to cycle through available modes: Bluetooth, CD, USB, SD, FM Radio, AUX IN.
6.3 Bluetooth Mode
- Select Bluetooth mode using the SOURCE button. The LED display will show "BT" and flash, indicating pairing mode.
- On your mobile device, enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
- Select "THOMSON DS250CD" from the list. Once paired, the display will stop flashing and a confirmation tone may sound.
- You can now stream audio from your device to the sound tower.
6.4 CD Player
- Select CD mode using the SOURCE button.
- Gently open the CD compartment lid on the top of the unit.
- Place an audio CD with the label side facing up.
- Close the CD compartment lid. The unit will read the CD and begin playback automatically.
- Use the PLAY/PAUSE, SKIP FORWARD, and SKIP BACKWARD buttons to control playback.

6.5 USB / SD Card Playback
- Insert a USB flash drive into the USB port or an SD card into the SD card slot on the top panel.
- Select USB or SD mode using the SOURCE button.
- The unit will automatically detect and play compatible MP3 files.
- Use the PLAY/PAUSE, SKIP FORWARD, and SKIP BACKWARD buttons to control playback.
6.6 FM Radio
- Select FM Radio mode using the SOURCE button.
- Press and hold the PLAY/PAUSE button to initiate an automatic scan for FM stations. The unit will save found stations.
- Use the SKIP FORWARD and SKIP BACKWARD buttons to navigate through saved stations.
6.7 AUX IN
- Connect one end of a 3.5mm audio cable (not included) to the AUX IN port on the sound tower.
- Connect the other end of the cable to the headphone jack or audio output of your external device (e.g., smartphone, MP3 player).
- Select AUX IN mode using the SOURCE button.
- Control playback from your external device.
6.8 USB Charging
Connect your mobile device's USB charging cable to the USB CHARGE port on the sound tower to charge your device. This port is for charging only and does not support data transfer.

- No Sound:

- Bluetooth Pairing Issues:

- CD Not Playing:
