Setup

1. Unpacking and Initial Inspection

2. Attaching the Ball Head

The Q10 ball head connects to the tripod's center column via a 3/8"-16 threaded screw. Ensure the ball head is securely tightened onto the center column to prevent accidental detachment.

3. Extending the Tripod Legs

To extend the tripod legs, rotate the twist-lock mechanisms counter-clockwise to loosen each section. Pull the leg sections outwards to the desired length, then rotate the twist-locks clockwise to secure them firmly. Repeat for all leg sections on each leg.

4. Attaching Your Camera

1. Attach the quick-release plate to your camera's 1/4"-20 tripod socket. Ensure it is tightened securely.
2. Open the clamp on the Q10 ball head by turning the quick-release knob.
3. Slide the camera with the attached quick-release plate into the clamp.
