The main display unit shows an "ALARM" icon with "MAX" and "MIN" indicators, accompanied by a bell icon and sound waves, indicating that the device will ring to remind the user when temperature limits are exceeded. Below, three small images show typical sensor placements: hanging inside a refrigerator, lying flat in a freezer, and clamping onto a shelf.
- To set the alarm temperature values, please refer to the specific instructions in the user manual provided with your product.
- Once alarm temperatures are set, a short press on the corresponding ALARM button (ALARM SENSOR1, ALARM SENSOR2, or ALARM INDOOR) will activate the alarm function for that channel. An "alarm" icon will appear on the screen.
- When the temperature goes beyond the set MAX or MIN limits, the alarm will sound and a visual indicator will appear.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the device clean with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the unit in water.
- Battery Replacement: Replace batteries in both the main unit and sensors when the display becomes dim or the unit stops functioning correctly. Ensure correct polarity.
- Storage: If storing the device for an extended period, remove all batteries to prevent leakage. Store in a cool, dry place.
