Setup and Initial Configuration

Setting Time and Date

  1. From the normal time display, press the MODE button repeatedly until the seconds start flashing. This indicates you are in time setting mode.
  2. Press the ST/STP button to adjust the seconds to zero.
  3. Press the SET button to move to the next setting item (e.g., hour, minute, year, month, day).
  4. Use the ST/STP button to increase the value of the flashing item. Hold the button to rapidly advance.
  5. Use the RST/EL button to decrease the value of the flashing item (if applicable, or to cycle through options like 12/24 hour format).
  6. Repeat steps 3-5 until all desired settings (hour, minute, 12/24 hour format, year, month, day) are configured.
  7. Once all settings are complete, press the MODE button to exit the setting mode and return to the normal time display.

Operating Instructions

Using the Alarm

  1. From the normal time display, press the MODE button until "AL" (Alarm) appears on the display.
  2. Press the SET button. The alarm hour will start flashing.
  3. Use the ST/STP button to set the desired alarm hour.
  4. Press the SET button again. The alarm minute will start flashing.
  5. Use the ST/STP button to set the desired alarm minute.
  6. Press the MODE button to exit the alarm setting mode.
  7. To turn the alarm ON/OFF, press the ST/STP button while in the Alarm mode (without pressing SET). An alarm icon will appear/disappear on the display.

Using the Chronograph (Stopwatch)

  1. From the normal time display, press the MODE button until "ST" (Stopwatch) appears on the display, and the time shows "00:00:00".
  2. Press the ST/STP button to start the stopwatch.
  3. Press the ST/STP button again to stop the stopwatch.
  4. Press the RST/EL button to reset the stopwatch to "00:00:00".
  5. To measure split times, press RST/EL while the stopwatch is running. The display will freeze, showing the split time. Press RST/EL again to return to the running stopwatch.
  6. Press the MODE button to exit the stopwatch mode.

Using the Timer

  1. From the normal time display, press the MODE button until "TR" (Timer) appears on the display.
  2. Press the SET button. The timer hour will start flashing.
  3. Use the ST/STP button to set the desired timer hour.
  4. Press the SET button again. The timer minute will start flashing.
  5. Use the ST/STP button to set the desired timer minute.
  6. Press the SET button again. The timer second will start flashing.
  7. Use the ST/STP button to set the desired timer second.
  8. Press the MODE button to exit the timer setting mode.
  9. To start the countdown, press the ST/STP button while in Timer mode.
  10. To pause/resume the countdown, press the ST/STP button.
  11. To reset the timer to its initial set value, press the RST/EL button while the timer is paused.

Activating the Backlight

To illuminate the display in low-light conditions, press the RST/EL button. The backlight will remain on for a few seconds.

Maintenance and Care

Troubleshooting
