1. Product Overview

The BenQ TK800 4K UHD Home Theater Projector delivers stunning 4K UHD image quality with incredible clarity and crisply defined details, thanks to its true 8.3 million pixels. It is designed for optimal performance in well-lit environments, offering perfectly balanced high visual brightness (> 3000lm) and vivid colors (> 92% Rec. 709). 2. Setup

2.1 Unpacking and Initial Inspection

Carefully remove the projector and all accessories from the packaging. Verify that all components listed in the 'What's in the Box' section are present and undamaged. Retain the original packaging for future transport or storage.

2.2 Placement

Position the projector on a stable, flat surface or mount it securely to the ceiling. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the projector to prevent overheating. Connect your video source (e.g., Blu-ray player, gaming console, PC) to the projector using an HDMI cable. The TK800 features two HDMI ports: HDMI 1 (2.0/HDCP 2.2) and HDMI 2 (1.4a/HDCP 1.4). For 4K HDR content, use HDMI 1. Connect the power cord to the projector and then to a power outlet.

2.4 Power On and Initial Adjustment

Press the power button on the projector or remote control. Once powered on, adjust the focus and zoom using the rings on the lens. Use the vertical keystone adjustment (± 40 degrees) to correct any trapezoidal distortion of the image, ensuring a perfectly rectangular projection.
