5. Setup

5.1. Inserting Batteries

  1. Locate the battery compartment on the headband.
  2. Open the battery compartment cover.
  3. Insert either 4 AAA alkaline batteries or 2 CR123A lithium batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
  4. Close the battery compartment cover securely.

5.2. Adjusting the Headband

Expected battery life is approximately 30 hours with lithium batteries and approximately 90 minutes with AAA alkaline batteries. Replace batteries when the light output diminishes significantly.

7. Maintenance

7.1. Cleaning the Headband

The inner padding of the headband is removable and washable. Detach the padding and wash it with mild soap and water. Allow it to air dry completely before reattaching to the headband.
