  • Antenna Input: For connecting the detachable antenna or an external antenna.
  • VGA Input: Connect to a computer or laptop.
  • AV IN: Audio/Video Input for composite devices.

Setup

1. Charging the Battery

Before first use, fully charge the TV's internal rechargeable battery. Connect the supplied AC Wall Charger to the DC-12V input port on the side of the TV and plug it into a standard electrical outlet. The CHARGE indicator light will illuminate. A full charge typically takes 4-5 hours. The battery provides approximately 2-3 hours of play time, depending on brightness settings.

Note: The unit can also be powered via a 12V vehicle power input (adapter not included).

2. Attaching the Antenna

Screw the detachable telescope antenna into the Antenna Input port on the side of the TV. Extend the antenna fully for optimal reception of digital TV signals.

3. Powering On/Off

Locate the main OFF/ON power switch on the side of the TV and slide it to the "ON" position. Then, press the POWER button on the side panel or the remote control to turn the TV on. To turn off, press the POWER button again.

Operating Instructions

Basic Operation

Digital TV Tuning (Channel Scan)

To receive local digital channels, you must perform a channel scan. This process identifies and stores available channels in your area.

  1. Press the MENU button to open settings.
  2. Use the ▲ ▼ keys to select CHANNEL.
  3. Press ENTER to go to the CHANNEL menu.
  4. Ensure AIR is selected by using the ◄ ► keys.
  5. Choose AUTO SCAN with and press ENTER to confirm your choice.
  6. Press to select Yes to initiate AUTO SCAN.
  7. The system will now run AUTO SCAN. Please wait for the scan to complete.

Media Playback (USB/SD/MMC)

The TV supports playback of various media files from USB drives and SD/MMC memory cards. Insert your USB drive into the USB port or your SD/MMC card into the Memory Card Slot (Figure 4). Select the corresponding input source using the INPUT button. Navigate through your files using the remote or side panel controls.

Supported formats include 1080P Video, MKV, MOV, AVI, WMV, MPEG-1-4, MP4.

Maintenance

Troubleshooting

ProblemPossible Cause / Solution
No power
  • Ensure the main OFF/ON switch is in the "ON" position.
  • Check if the AC adapter is properly connected and plugged into a working outlet.
  • Battery might be fully discharged. Charge the TV for at least 30 minutes before attempting to power on.
No signal / Poor picture quality (TV mode)
  • Ensure the antenna is securely connected and fully extended.
  • Perform a channel scan (refer to "Digital TV Tuning" section).
  • Adjust the antenna position or try a different location for better reception.
  • Interference from other electronic devices. Move the TV away from them.
No sound
  • Increase the volume using VOL+ button.
  • Check if headphones are connected to the Earphone Jack.
  • If using external input (HDMI, AV), ensure the source device's volume is not muted or too low.
Remote control not working
  • Ensure batteries are inserted correctly and are not depleted. Replace if necessary.
  • Point the remote directly at the TV's IR receiver (usually near the screen).
  • Remove any obstacles between the remote and the TV.
Cannot play media from USB/SD
  • Ensure the USB drive or SD card is properly inserted.
  • Verify that the media files are in a supported format (e.g., MKV, MOV, AVI, WMV, MPEG-1-4, MP4).
  • Check if the USB drive or SD card is formatted correctly (FAT32 is generally recommended).
  • Select the correct input source (USB or SD).
