Setup

1. Charging the Headset

Before first use, fully charge the headset. A full charge takes approximately 1.5 hours.

  1. Connect the small end of the USB charging cable to the USB Charging Port on the headset.
  2. Connect the other end of the USB cable to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
  3. The indicator light will show charging status (e.g., red for charging, blue for fully charged).

2. Powering On/Off

  • Power On: Press and hold the Multi-Function Button for approximately 3 seconds until the indicator light flashes blue and you hear a voice prompt.
  • Power Off: Press and hold the Multi-Function Button for approximately 3 seconds until the indicator light turns red and you hear a voice prompt.

3. Pairing with a Bluetooth Device

The headset uses Bluetooth V4.1 for stable and fast pairing. It is compatible with iOS, Android, Windows, and other Bluetooth-enabled devices.

  1. Ensure the headset is powered off.
  2. Press and hold the Multi-Function Button for approximately 5-7 seconds until the indicator light flashes red and blue alternately. This indicates pairing mode.
  3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), enable Bluetooth and search for new devices.
  4. Select "HB01_N" or "HiGoing Headset" from the list of available devices.
  5. Once paired, the indicator light on the headset will flash blue slowly, and you will hear a voice prompt indicating successful connection.

The headset will automatically attempt to reconnect to the last paired device when powered on, if the device's Bluetooth is enabled and within range (up to 33ft).

4. Wearing the Headset

The headset is designed for comfortable and secure wearing. It can be worn on either ear.

  • Choose the ear tip size (Small, Medium, Large) that provides the best fit and sound isolation for your ear.
  • Attach the ear hook if desired for added stability. The ear hook can be rotated to fit either the left or right ear.
  • Gently insert the earbud into your ear canal and adjust the ear hook over your ear until it feels secure and comfortable.

Call Functions

  • Answer Call: Press the Multi-Function Button once.
  • End Call: Press the Multi-Function Button once during a call.
  • Reject Call: Press and hold the Multi-Function Button for 2 seconds during an incoming call.
  • Redial Last Number: Double-press the Multi-Function Button.
  • Voice Assistant (Siri/Google Assistant): Press and hold the Multi-Function Button for 2 seconds when not on a call.

Music Playback
