4. Maintenance and Care
To ensure the longevity and appearance of your Armen Living Bellevue Office Chair, follow these simple care instructions:
- Cleaning: Spot clean the faux leather upholstery as needed using a soft, damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Wood Care: For the walnut veneer, wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture or direct sunlight.
- Chrome Care: Polish chrome parts with a soft, dry cloth to maintain their shine.
- Regular Checks: Periodically check and tighten all bolts and connections to ensure stability and safety.
5. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your chair, please refer to the following common solutions:
- Chair not adjusting height: Ensure the hydraulic lift lever is fully engaged and that there is sufficient weight on or off the chair as required for adjustment. If the issue persists, check for any obstructions or contact customer support.
- Wobbly chair: Verify that all assembly bolts are securely tightened. Uneven flooring can also cause wobbling; try moving the chair to a different surface.
- Casters not rolling smoothly: Check casters for accumulated debris (hair, lint) and clean them. Ensure they are properly inserted into the base.
Important Safety Note: This chair is designed for use by one person with a maximum weight of up to 250 pounds. Always adjust the height carefully to maintain stability.
