The SteelSeries Arctis Pro combines premium high-fidelity audio with a durable construction of polished steel and aluminum alloy. This headset delivers audio up to 40,000 Hz with clarity. It features DTS Headphone:X v2.0 for surround sound, an Arctis ski-goggle headband, and AirWeave performance fabric ear cushions for comfort. The integrated ClearCast microphone provides studio-quality voice clarity and background noise cancellation.

Setup
Connecting to PC/Gaming Console
- Connect the main headset cable to the headset's 3.5mm jack.
- Connect the other end of the main headset cable to your PC or gaming console's audio output. For PC, use the USB connection for full functionality including DTS Headphone:X v2.0 and ChatMix.
- Ensure your device's audio settings are configured to output sound through the headset.
Software Installation (PC/Mac)
For full customization and advanced features, download and install the SteelSeries Engine software from the official SteelSeries website. This software allows you to:
- Adjust audio equalization (EQ) settings.
- Customize RGB lighting on the earcups.
- Configure DTS Headphone:X v2.0 surround sound.
- Manage microphone settings, including noise cancellation.
Operating Instructions
Volume Control
The headset features an integrated volume control dial on the left earcup. Rotate the dial up to increase volume and down to decrease volume.
Microphone Usage

- Retractable Microphone: The ClearCast microphone is retractable. Pull it out from the left earcup when needed and push it back in for storage.
- Microphone Mute: A dedicated mute button is located on the left earcup. Press it to toggle microphone mute on/off.
- Microphone Monitoring (Sidetone): Adjust the sidetone level via the SteelSeries Engine software to hear your own voice in the headset.

DTS Headphone:X v2.0 provides optimal spatial imaging for 360-degree immersion. This feature is enabled and configured through the SteelSeries Engine software on PC.
ChatMix Dial
The USB ChatMix dial allows you to balance and adjust the volume between your game audio and chat audio. Rotate the dial towards 'Game' to prioritize game sound or towards 'Chat' to prioritize voice communication.
