Operating Instructions
A. Data Transfer Mode (PC Connection)
- Ensure the 'PC/CLONE' switch on the back of the device is set to 'PC'.
- Connect the docking station to your computer using the USB 3.0 cable.
- Insert your 2.5-inch or 3.5-inch SATA HDD/SSD into the slots.
- Power on the docking station. Your computer should detect the drives automatically (driver-free).
- You can now access the drives as external storage devices on your computer.
B. Offline Clone Function
The offline clone function allows you to duplicate a hard drive without connecting to a computer. This is useful for creating backups or upgrading drives.
Important Notes for Cloning:
- Source Disk: The original HDD/SSD to be copied. Insert into the 'Source' slot.
- Target Disk: The destination HDD/SSD for the copy. Insert into the 'Target' slot.
- The target disk's capacity must be equal to or greater than the source disk's capacity. Cloning will not start otherwise.
- Cloning will overwrite all data on the target disk. Please back up any important data from the target disk before proceeding.
- Incorrect insertion of Source and Target disks can lead to data loss on your original drive. Always confirm disk positions before starting.
- The time required for cloning depends on the total capacity of the source hard disk, not the size of the data stored on it.
- Disconnect from PC: Ensure the docking station is disconnected from your computer.
- Insert Drives: Insert the source disk into the 'Source' slot (HDD1) and the target disk into the 'Target' slot (HDD2). Ensure they are firmly seated.

- Set Clone Mode: Push the 'PC/CLONE' switch on the back of the product to the 'CLONE' position.
- Start Cloning: Press the 'Start' button on the product. Cloning will begin.
- Monitor Progress: The LED indicators (25%, 50%, 75%, 100%) will show the cloning progress. All LEDs will illuminate when cloning is complete.

Troubleshooting
- Drive Not Detected by PC:
- Ensure the USB cable is securely connected to both the docking station and the computer.
- Verify the 'PC/CLONE' switch is set to 'PC' mode.
- Check if the drive is properly seated in the slot. If only one HDD LED lights up, the unlit HDD has a connection issue. Reinsert the drive.
- Try connecting to a different USB port on your computer.
- For new drives, they may need to be initialized and formatted in Disk Management (Windows) or Disk Utility (Mac) before they appear.
- Offline Clone Fails to Start:
- Ensure the docking station is disconnected from any computer.
- Verify the 'PC/CLONE' switch is set to 'CLONE' mode.
- Confirm that the target disk's capacity is equal to or greater than the source disk's capacity.
- Check that the source and target drives are inserted into the correct slots ('Source' and 'Target').
- Ensure both drives are properly seated.
- Slow Transfer Speeds:
- Ensure you are using a USB 3.0 port on your computer and the provided USB 3.0 cable.
- Verify that your operating system supports UASP for optimal performance.
- Device Overheating:
- Ensure adequate ventilation around the docking station.
- Avoid placing the device in enclosed spaces.
