1. Overview

The SteelSeries Arctis Pro Wireless Gaming Headset offers a premium audio experience with its dual wireless technology, combining lag-free 2.4G wireless lossless audio and Bluetooth mobile audio. It features Hi-Res capable speaker drivers (10-40,000 Hz) and an AI noise-canceling ClearCast microphone for clear communication. Constructed with luxurious materials like polished steel and aluminum alloy, and designed for comfort with an exclusive ski goggle headband and Airweave performance fabric ear cushions, this headset is built for extended gaming sessions. The included multi-input wireless transmitter with an OLED screen and swappable rechargeable batteries provide flexibility and continuous power.

3. Setup

3.1 Initial Connection

Connect the Transmitter Base Station to your PC or PlayStation console using the provided USB Audio Cable. For PlayStation consoles, you can also use the Toslink Optical Cable for enhanced audio. Ensure all cables are securely connected to their respective ports.

3.2 Battery Installation and Charging

The headset uses swappable rechargeable batteries. To install or swap a battery, gently remove the magnetic cover on the right earcup. Insert a charged battery into the compartment. The base station features a dedicated charging slot on its side to charge the spare battery while you use the other, ensuring continuous power for your gaming sessions.

3.3 Initial Pairing

Once the base station is powered on and the headset has a charged battery, they should automatically pair. The OLED screen on the base station will display connection status and battery levels.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Headset Controls

• Volume Wheel: Located on the headset, allows for quick adjustment of audio volume.
• Mic Mute Button: Press to mute/unmute the ClearCast microphone. The microphone tip will illuminate red when muted.
• Bluetooth Button: Used for pairing with mobile devices and managing Bluetooth connections.

4.2 Base Station Controls

The Transmitter Base Station features an OLED screen and a control knob for managing various settings:

• Volume Control: Adjust overall headset volume directly from the base station.
• ChatMix: Balance game audio and chat audio levels to your preference.
• Equalizer (EQ): Select from preset EQ profiles or customize your own for optimal sound.
• Sidetone: Adjust the volume of your own voice heard through the headset microphone.
• Brightness: Control the brightness of the OLED screen.

5. Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and hygiene of your headset, regular cleaning is recommended. The Airweave fabric ear cushions can be removed for cleaning. Gently peel them off the earcups and clean them according to the fabric care instructions. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the headset's finish or components. For general cleaning, a soft, damp cloth is sufficient.

6. Troubleshooting

For common issues such as audio dropouts or connectivity problems, ensure all cables are securely connected and batteries are fully charged. If you experience persistent issues, a firmware update via SteelSeries Engine software may resolve them.
