Setup and First Use

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the air fryer and all packaging materials. Ensure all components are present: main unit, fryer basket, and removable flat basket insert.
  2. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wash the fryer basket and the removable flat basket insert with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. The basket and insert are dishwasher safe. Wipe the inside and outside of the main unit with a damp cloth.
  3. Placement: Place the air fryer on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from walls or other appliances to allow for proper air circulation. Ensure there is at least 6 inches of space on all sides.
  4. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
  5. Pre-heating (Optional but Recommended): For best results, pre-heat the air fryer for 3-5 minutes at your desired cooking temperature before adding food.

Operating Instructions

General Operation:

  1. Prepare Food: Place your ingredients into the fryer basket. For best results, do not overfill the basket.
  2. Insert Basket: Slide the fryer basket back into the main unit until it clicks securely into place.
  3. Set Temperature: Use the temperature control dial to select the desired cooking temperature (175-400 degrees Fahrenheit).
  4. Set Timer: Use the 60-minute integrated timer dial to set the cooking time. The air fryer will automatically shut off once the timer reaches zero.
  5. Cooking Process: The air fryer will begin heating. For even cooking, some foods may require shaking or tossing halfway through the cooking time. Carefully pull out the basket, shake, and reinsert.
  6. Completion: When the timer goes off, carefully remove the basket from the air fryer. Use tongs to remove cooked food.

Tips for Best Results:

  • For crispier results, lightly coat food with oil or cooking spray.
  • Smaller pieces of food generally require shorter cooking times.
  • Do not cook excessively greasy foods in the air fryer.
  • The air fryer is excellent for reheating leftovers, restoring their original texture.

Maintenance and Cleaning

  1. Unplug and Cool: Always unplug the air fryer from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
  2. Fryer Basket and Insert: The fryer basket and the removable flat basket insert are dishwasher safe. For hand washing, use hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. Avoid metal utensils or abrasive cleaning materials that can damage the non-stick coating.
  3. Main Unit: Wipe the exterior of the air fryer with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water or any other liquid.
  4. Heating Element: If necessary, gently clean the heating element with a soft brush to remove any food residue.
  5. Storage: Ensure all parts are clean and dry before storing the air fryer in a cool, dry place.
