Setup

1. Loading BBs into the Magazine

1. Press the magazine release button to remove the 20-round BB magazine from the pistol grip.
2. Pull down the spring follower on the magazine until it locks into place at the bottom.
3. Insert 4.5mm BBs into the loading port at the top of the magazine. Ensure BBs are loaded smoothly.
4. Release the spring follower to secure the BBs in the magazine.

2. Installing the CO2 Cartridge

1. Remove the removable grip panel on the back of the pistol to expose the CO2 chamber.
2. Insert one 12-gram CO2 cartridge into the chamber with the narrow neck facing upwards.
3. Tighten the piercing screw at the bottom of the grip until the CO2 cartridge is pierced and sealed. A small hiss may be heard, indicating a proper seal.
4. Replace the grip panel.

Operating Instructions

1. Safety Mechanism

The Crosman Phantom P10KT features a cross-bolt safety located above the trigger. Push the safety button to the right to expose the red indicator, which means the pistol is in the "FIRE" position. Push the safety button to the left to cover the red indicator, placing the pistol in the "SAFE" position. Always ensure the pistol is on "SAFE" until you are ready to fire.

2. Firing the Air Pistol

1. Ensure you are wearing safety glasses and are in a safe shooting environment with a suitable backstop.
2. Point the air pistol in a safe direction.
3. Move the safety to the "FIRE" position (red indicator visible).
4. Aim at your target using the integrated iron sights.
5. Gently squeeze the trigger to fire. The pistol operates in semi-automatic mode, firing one BB with each trigger pull until the magazine is empty or CO2 is depleted.
6. After firing, immediately return the safety to the "SAFE" position.

3. Picatinny Accessory Rail

The P10KT features an under-barrel Picatinny accessory rail. This rail allows for the attachment of various accessories such as lasers or lights to enhance your shooting experience. Ensure any attached accessories are compatible with Picatinny rails and are securely fastened before use.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and reliable performance of your air pistol.

• Cleaning: Periodically clean the exterior of the pistol with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasives.
• Lubrication: Apply a drop of Crosman Pellgunoil or similar non-detergent oil to the tip of each new CO2 cartridge before insertion. This helps to lubricate the seals and prolong their life. Additionally, a small amount of oil can be applied to the magazine spring and feeder tip to ensure smooth operation.
• Storage: When not in use, remove the CO2 cartridge and any BBs from the magazine. Store the air pistol in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
