Maintenance

- Storage: Store the speaker in a cool, dry place when not in use.
- Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the speaker frequently. Charge it regularly.
Troubleshooting
Common Issues and Solutions:
- Speaker not powering on: Ensure the speaker is fully charged. Connect the integrated USB cable to a power source and allow it to charge for at least 30 minutes before attempting to power on again.
- Unable to pair via Bluetooth:
- Ensure the speaker is in pairing mode (flashing Bluetooth indicator light).
- Turn off and on Bluetooth on your device.
- Move the speaker closer to your device (within 30 feet).
- Forget "Hang Up" from your device's Bluetooth settings and attempt to pair again.
- Restart both the speaker and your device.
- No sound or distorted sound:
- Check the volume levels on both the speaker and your connected device.
- Ensure the speaker is properly paired or connected via Aux-In.
- If using Aux-In, ensure the cable is fully inserted and not damaged.
- Try playing audio from a different source or device to rule out source issues.
- Stick pad losing adhesion: Rinse the stick pad with clean water and let it air dry to restore stickiness. Ensure the surface you are attaching it to is clean and dry.
