Setup Guide
1. Unpacking and Inspection

2. Table and Stand Assembly
Assemble the heavy-duty table legs and attach the 48" x 20" table top. Ensure all bolts are securely tightened for stability. The height of the work surface is adjustable to suit user preference.

3. Motor Installation
Mount the Electronic DC Servo Motor to the underside of the table, ensuring it is properly aligned with the machine head's pulley. Connect the V-belt. The motor operates on 110 VOLT, 1 PHASE power.

4. Machine Head Installation

5. Threading the Machine

Operating Instructions
1. Power On/Off
Connect the machine to a 110V power outlet. Locate the power switch, typically on the motor unit or table, and switch it to the 'ON' position to power the machine.
2. Adjusting Stitch Length
The stitch length can be adjusted using the dial located on the machine head. Rotate the dial to select the desired stitch length, up to a maximum of 5mm.

3. Reverse Stitching
To engage reverse stitching, press and hold the reverse lever, typically located near the stitch length dial. Release the lever to resume forward stitching.
4. Presser Foot and Knee Lift
The presser foot can be lifted manually using the lever on the machine head (5.5 mm lift) or by utilizing the knee lift mechanism (13 mm lift) for hands-free operation, which is particularly useful when handling large fabric pieces.
5. Speed Control
The electronic DC Servo Motor allows for precise speed control. The motor's speed can be adjusted from 0 to 3300 RPM, providing flexibility for various sewing tasks and skill levels. Adjust the speed using the control knob on the motor unit.
Maintenance
1. Cleaning
Regularly clean lint and dust from the bobbin case area, feed dogs, and under the needle plate using a small brush or vacuum. This prevents thread jams and ensures smooth operation.
2. Lubrication
